I normally avoid "reality" shows, these two are some good actual reality shows that have a ton of tension to them, one has deckhands working days on end, in arctic conditions, the other has various trukers driving their rigs through every terrible situation imaginable, white outs, 20' grades in blizzards. Dang, forget to add the poll...
They're both ok shows, but I don't watch the History Channel to watch people drive trucks. Or cut down trees. They should move all those shows to Discovery channel with 'Deadliest Catch' so us history buffs can get back to learning about history. But back to your question, I'd have to go with Deadliest Catch.
