Yes! I looked further down the page and there is also a WhopGangBang. It's a bit bigger since it uses a double whopper. There's also the McWhitey, which is two McChickens around a Filet o'Fish. Be creative.
It has chicken and lettuce which makes it's health food. I'm thinking the whopper version would be even healthier it has tomatoes.

Just had it and it was very good. Next time though im just going to add the chicken instead of the whole sandwich.
Damn I went through McDonald's today and forgot about this and ate a Filet O'Fish sandwich instead. I still don't understand cheese on a fish sandwich but I eat it anyway.
