Stay out of the football operations. Other then that I wouldn't care if MC Hammer was a minority owner.
Never heard of this clown. Only thing I can figure with Ross is he thinks a lot of fans of Buffet / Estefan / unknown guy will turn into Dolphins fans. Beyond that, don't see the point in this glitz campaign.
Seriously? He's a huge hit on the Latin Music scene and has a pretty successful crossover career here in the US. One of his bigger (probably biggest) hits here in the US. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYzEfRw6zzs"]YouTube - Marc Anthony = I Need To Know(lyrics)[/ame]
Yeah, but I haven't kept up with pop culture in many years so I honestly wouldn't recognize half the movie stars names if you put their pics up here. [Edited to include the following:] Seriously, the only "Marc Anthony" I'd ever heard of is the Roman emporer who tied up with Cleopatra.
He was really famous around 10 years ago, so you probably did back then. That's many years ago. And he's married to JLo. That shows how important the guy is
Its all about creating Electricity in a stadium that is completely void of it...... I'am sure is a small piece with plenty of fine print for him to stay the hell away from the football operations side. Ross's angle...Lets make our stadium like one big party, with our own fans. Local celebs having a piece brings a sense of unity as a community, a sense of pride, which will keep other fans out.
There may not be a celebrity I hate more than Jennifer Lopez. She's such a stuck up **** it's not even funny. To think that she, in any way, owns any part of the dolphins makes me hang my head in shame...and want to vomit. I hate how we went from not even having corporate sponsorship on the stadium to selling out to anyone who's the least bit interested. Not too thrilled with Stephen Ross so far.
