Anyone is an improvement over Trent Edwards. But Vick has been out of the league for 2 years. He will have a rough go at it in 2009, no matter where he lands.

It's always good to get the opinion of one nutcase (Owens) on another nutcase (Vick). I don't think he wants Vick in Buffalo, Owens wants the ball in his hands and Vick isn't much of a QB. It would be fun to watch the Bills add another cancer to the locker room though.
Why does the league owe Vick or anyone else anything? If anything, Vick or anyone else owes the league. Without the NFL, Vick would be saying things like "do you want fries with that".
The Bills already have a decent running game. What they need is an O-line and a QB that can get the ball to Evans and Owens...

Controversy breeds more controvery It is just a matter of time till Turdell states something along the lines of: "Hell yeah I want Mike V as my QB" which of course will be throwing his current QB under the bus (I know he would NEVER do that) which of course divides the locker room and viola, he has is now 4 of 4 for ruining a team
TO is nothin but trouble already and the Bills fans are too lost to even see it. The only good part of living in western new york is watching this all unfold and eventually slap them in the face. Also, Im not so sure Vick would end up in Buffalo. I wouldnt put it past them but there have been absolutely no talks or rumors of it at all. They all seemed too wrapped up in the TO circus going on in my town right now.
