http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/08/business/economy/08jobs.html?hp The pace of job losses in the United States slowed more than expected in July and the unemployment rate dropped for the first time since April 2008, the latest indication that recession was easing. The economy lost 247,000 in July, after a 443,000 loss in June, the Labor Department said. The jobless rate dropped to 9.4 percent from 9.5 percent.
Its funny you post that because just last night they were talking on TV about the fact that we still lost just over 500,000 more jobs, which was less than expected and that the rate only rose to 9.6 %. Someone is surely playing games with us because the Times and MSNBC can't both be right. Maybe KO read the wrong newspaper or the Times didn't cross reference with KO. BTW how are you doing? Hope you've gotten some breaks lately. Take care.
It seems the Times was right and Oberman needs to read the Times if he wants to get it right or at least go to FOX. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/200...te-dips-percent-july-better-expected-showing/
Obama was already claiming on Friday his administration has rescued us from the brink of disaster..... He won't rest until every American looking for a job can find one.........I didn't know he was an insomniac.............Obama's got his work cut out for him
