    'Nando being 'Nando:

Yeah yeah 'Nando...and if JT get's run over by Mike Turner you will be the first to bash him...

    Now this is more interesting:

From JT himself, he is the one player Sparano and Co. allow to speak to the media more often:

I'm still not buying JT being chained to the Sam play after play, not when we have Q Moses to make contact happen, add in Joey Porter and Jason Taylor both were working together most of Training Camp along with DC Pasqualoni.

I think we will see a 4-2-5 with JT moving all over the place on passing downs

Sparano>>Saban however I wouldn't mind at all if we used Nick's defense!

This regime seems to be second only to Shues in "utilizing the talent they have on hand" rather than forcing their schemes on the players. They seem to be open to changing and adjusting the schemes to fit the talents of the players they have. We saw that with Brown and the WC last year, with minor adjustments to the secondary that resulted in an improved secondary later in the year, with utilizing different players on different weeks and highlighting their talents (where'd we see Ginn get 12 passes one week and Brown racking up rush yardage in the WC the next week and then Cammy another week, etc...). Now we see that they are taking a savvy veteran like JT and putting him into a position to be successful and in turn the D successful. It's all part of the plan, but the plan keeps changing from week to week with new adjustments as players skills develop (perhaps this year it'll be Wake's role highlighted one week, Q another, Davis another, etc)...can't wait to see what they have in store.

As to Mando...again...stating the obvious...something that any fan following the team knows or see already...no real insight...

This is such an important season for HC Sparano, we've had one yr wonders before (Darlin' Nicky) but now we face this difficult schedule with an offense that is essentially unchanged at the skill positions and a retooled/upgrade defensive scheme.

Not really a make or break season, but we started 2-4 last season, if we start slowly this season Sparano will really be tested, how good a Head Coach is Tony Sparano in the long term? I can't see Sparano ever living off of one great season ala Dick Jauron, but that adaptive creativity he showed in 2008 has to continue if we are going anywhere this season.

I've noticed that the sort of "Mangenius" sentiment towards Sparano has never taken root as well, imho "us" fans are sort of holding our collective breath hoping that Sparano and this team is the real deal.

Exactly, and 'Nando missed the importance of Sparano staying in contact with Jason Taylor and JT staying in touch with his fmr teammates, the NFL is largely an impersonal affair, so when a player of JT's caliber and the Head Coach are still chatting away even when one is on a different team, you know we must have team chemistry in abundance.
