The site is not set up to automatically redirect you to the mobile template if you access the site on a mobile device. We still need to play with the style and point the .mobi site here but it should work for now. Enjoy
Thanks man, I was accessing the page on my Q over the weekend and having to scroll forever to read anything. Much better.
My iPod Touch, and presumably the iPhone, is being redirected to the mobile site. This shouldn't happen: Safari on the iPod and iPhone is fully capable of rendering the desktop version of the forums.
Yes.. Thanks! I was just thinking about this on my way to work. I use the mobi site all the time when I'm away form my laptop/desktop. This just make it that much easier.
Looking forward to it. I really liked Finheaven's, to the point where I wish it was the new Dolphins logo. It looks better and more relevant than the classic logo we've had for a while now. Oh well.
I cant edit so I had to add this. I would also like to be able to qoute another members post. I know you guys are busy getting the site up and going so this stuff might not be very high on your to do list.
I havent had any problems with my Treo..but it is a 750 Running Windows Mobile 5.0 I think Any chance we have have "THANKS" and "EDIT" added to the mobile functionality?
We may be able to add "Edit" but probably not "thanks". The mobile template will be a priority along with some other nice improvements to the site once the front page is done and the draft is over. We are being careful to not be too "heavy" in mods until we see how the servers stand up to (hopefully) heavy traffic during the draft.
Thanks for being our trouble shooter on iPhone issues. We are trying to fine tune the templates and need all the input we can get.
Whats the chances of having SMILY's work from the mobile..Even if I "TYPE" them in they dont seem to take. EDIT: BTW: Man this site is SMOKIN fast. I post, and in real-time I see what I post...
lol no big deal I was just wondering if there was another option then the mobile site for my phone. Thanks Malcolm
The mobile template is pretty complicated. That is what is causing all the fine tuning but what marks us as one of the only, and one of the first Dolphin fan sites to have a mobile template.
