As much as this sucks, maybe we can see Ginn return kick offs, not to be a jerk but I was sick of the Cobbs experiment back there.

    That really sucks.

Hopefully he can make a full recovery and come back next year.

We will miss him and his tireless effort.

The Miami Dolphins are currently looking at free agent Matt Jones, which is another idea.

Matt Jones would be an interesting replacement for Cobbs in the wildcat.

    - He's a former college QB, so he would add a throwing dimension to the wildcat.

    - At the draft combine, he weighed 242 lbs and ran a 4.37 time in the 40! He could probably get that weight back, be a big blocker, and also run the Cobbs reverse out of the wildcat.

    - He played WR in the NFL, so he could catch some balls out of the wildcat.

Coming out of college, Matt Jones was 6'6", 242 lbs, with 4.37 speed.

Jacksonville thought he could be the next Randy Moss, had him drop to 218 lbs, and tried him as WR. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the agility & quick cutting ability to be a good NFL WR.

I personally think Matt Jones should move back to his NFL combine weight, and try to make it as a tight end. Tony Gonzalez is 6'5", 243 lbs, and he turned out to be a pretty good pass-catching tight end..

As soon as I saw him go down and I saw him grab that knee right away I knew it

I totally feel you on that. I recently had ACL reconstruction. It's not fun. When I see a guy go down with a knee, I always think about how difficult it is to get back to 100% (or close).

I hope he can come back from this.....
