They are looking pretty good against the Giants right now. We will definitely have our hands full. Our secondary better have the game together, because if they don't Brees will have a field day with them.

Our secondary better come to play and our offense better stay on the field for long drives to get Brees out of his rhythm. This game looks scary to me.

    Agreed.

The Saints appear to have ascended to elite status in the NFL. It will be a tough game for us. Thankfully, it is at home, and we have an extra week to prepare. If we execute the way we have the last couple of games, we have a chance. The secondary will be tested though, for sure.

Got to hope the Phins can control the ball the way they did against the Colts and that our secondary can take some steam out of the saints O.

Lance Moore for the Saints always seems to be open, and making good catches.

If the Dolphins' defense doesn't play it's best game of the year against the Saints, it's going to be a bloodbath, plain and simple. I don't care how good the offense is playing, if the defense puts up its usual sub-par effort, it's a loss.

Looked like a TD to me. Then again the Ronnie Brown one in the Buffalo game wasn't overturned either.

Hell, they only scored 27 on the Bills and only had 10 points at the half in that game. They aren't perfect

Yeah the game looks really tough, the Saints are playing good football. On defense we need to get pressure on Brees and on offense we need to control the clock like we usually do and keep Brees off the field as long as possible.

It may be better to simply flood the zones with defenders rather than coming after Brees. Blitzes mean holes in the secondary, and to be honest the Giants are not getting much pressure anyways.

Why not make the windows a bit smaller rather than trying to come after him a great deal.

I would also remind people that we too have the ability to get the ball down the field thanks to our running game.

Given how this defense has tried to stop the Giants running game, I would like to explore that matchup as well. The Giants have been able to move the ball pretty well in this game.

And move a safety into the box in place of a Lb, we have to rely on our 3 or 4 downlinemen to provide pressure...I'd love to see Wake in this game.

One reason the Bills slowed down the Saints is to make the offense march the ball down the field. The more plays involved, the higher the chance of a miscue, and if the team passes the ball a good deal, there are chances to make plays.

Make them be patient and play a shell all game long. Make them earn everything.

That is where our tackling simply must be better, Wilson, Bell, Porter, they have to wrap guys up and put them down.

To me, the Saints do not run the ball very well.

if the G-Men can't get pressure, not sure how we will ... as their line is better ...

as usual the thing that scares me most is the TE and coverage over the middle ... we will get worn out unless Pasq can come up with something (scheme, since we don't seem to have the personnel right now)

the good news is ... whether or not Roth is ready or not -- he doesn't seem to factor much into this game, since NO has a lack of a running game. Let Wake gets lots of reps ..... and find someone, anyone who can cover Shockey ...

Not true this season. I had him on my FFB team and had maybe one catch in three or four weeks. This is his first good game.

on offense, best bet is to play it like the Colts game, i guess. just run the ball and pray we can keep the ball out of Drew Brees' hands. on defense, we need to play the exact opposite of the Colts game.

    boy it could be ugly.

I think Miami can move the ball on their defense.

Our defense stopping their offense I'm not so confident.

If that is the case then we do have a chance considering we were a dropped Ted Ginn pass away from beating the Colts.

Drew Brees and the saints look like Dan Marino and the dolphins of old. It's like every pass is 20 yards down the field and on the money...

Dolphins need to treat NO like the Colts... Run, run, and run. Hopefully our Defense can make the one play they couldn't against the colts.

This is a home game for Miami right? The outdoor heat and humidity could be huge.

Patriots and Titans playing in the snow.. Love snow games!

I really think the key to this game is going to be Porter and Taylor. If they cant pressure Brees it going to be a long day for our secondary. Wake also needs to have a good day.

The other thing that's going to be huge is TOP. We have to keep their offense off the field.
