I could care less. Gators and Bama will meet eventually if both win out.
Also this probably will help Gators. I think this will motivate the. and gives Meyer something to get them going

He's right, all it will do is pump up the game if it happens wich I hope very much it does.

Ohio State is ranked too high, they suck.

Wait who has Iowa beaten? I'd LOVE to see them play the schedule Miami has played and have one loss.

Also Boise State is a joke, and I expect Cincinnati to lose.

I'm not complaining, I'm asking a serious question. Have you seen how the poll works?

One aspect of it has Texas ranked 20th and USC ranked 4th. The BCS is horribly flawed and I don't see how letting it play out with fix that.

It'll fix it in regards to your complaints about Iowa.

As to your question then, they beat Penn State and Wisconsin as the away team.

In Wisconson, yes. They held one of the best backs in the country to 3.6 ypc.

Do you really think Wisconsin is THAT good though? Honestly. They have a good team, but beating them isn't an impressive win. I've seen all their games this year so I'm not talking out of my ***.

Penn State? Not sold on them either honestly.

I'm not complaining about Iowa, I'm complaining about the BCS in general.

You asked who they've beat. I answered.

I don't think Wisconsin is great, they are a good team. If they had a decent QB they'd be a lot better (just like many teams in the country). Their OL is very good and so is their running game.

You don't have to be sold on PSU, most people aren't, but going into Happy Valley and coming out with a W is a big accomplishment.

Their wins are comparable to those of Miami.

PS: I don't know why you're complaining about the BCS poll here when this is the AP poll.

You think Penn State is better than Oklahoma? They may be ranked higher but I'd bet my paycheck that Oklahoma would handle them easily every time.

Wisconsin may be comparable to Georgia Tech, but I'm not sure they are better.

Also because I was reading a BCS thread on another site and got a bit mixed up

I think Penn State at home is good enough to beat a Sam Bradford-less Oklahoma team, or at least come close. Hence comparable.

LOL @ Iowa and Cincinnati ahead of Miami. I don't think USC deserves to be that high either. First time where I feel as though Miami should be higher... by about 2 or 3 spots. This is not a homer's rant either. I'm being honest. The first time we jumped into the top 10, I felt as though we should have been in the 12-15 range. I just feel as though nobody has survived what we've been through, and Georgia Tech (a team that Miami slaughtered) defeating the one team that beat Miami is telling.

GT is #12 or so, I'd say they are better than the Badgers.

Miami has 1 signature win. Congrats u beat an Oklahoma team that looks sad without Bradford. They lost another great player in Gresham and starting a freshman QB. You really think thats impressive? Georgia Tech was very impressive the way u handled them. Florida State is 2-4 and almost lost to Jacksonville State. You lost to a Virginia Tech which should have 3 losses but lucky to only have 2. You guys are where u should be.
I would take Penn State over Oklahoma in Happy Valley for sure. Wisconsin v.s. Georgia Tech would be a good game that I think Georgia Tech has an advantage. Point of the matter is that Iowa is undeafeted and Miami is not. Iowa has some key games it could lose in like everyone else (Except Boise State). Let the season play out. Any team can lose on any day (except Boise State).

And UF barely beat an undeserved # 4 LSU team with a crappy qb and unranked Arkansas without their starting RB. Apparently strength of schedule is horse ****. Not trying to be a dick I'm just a little pissed right now.

Yes defense is pretty damn good, but with no running game and a very inexperienced QB the offense is indeed not so hot.

They didn't deserve #4 for sure, but Death Valley at night is one of the toughest places to play.

Well according to Jeff Sagarin (who's BCS computer rankings dislike your team) your strength of schedule is 16. The other 1 loss teams in front of you are, USC and LSU. USC's SOS is 11, LSU's 22 plus their loss to UF probably doesnt hurt them as much as you losing to VT.

Your schedule was brutal at the beginning of the season. Now that we've seen FSU and OU play, you arent getting as many points for it as maybe you should.

It's early though, these polls mean nothing right now. The computers dont love you guys now. Plenty of time for that to change. However, If we didnt have the BCS and we went to the old system of the AP picking a champion you'd have zero chance. So thank the BCS for at least giving you a glimmer of hope lol.

I never said anything about UF. I never said that they played a harder sechedule than Miami. I just think that Miami fans should be happy with where they are and quit crying. Undeafeted teams deserve to be ahead of you no matter what (except Boise). LSU is a good team while not great very gooc and to play there at night is a great accomplishment. Not many stadiums compare to LSU at night and the have the best WR duo in the country.

Golden Tate has been damn impressive. I always think he is bigger than he is, he looks like a RB once he gets the ball.

Guy is a straight freak! When he gets the ball he is dangerous and some of his catches make me do a double take. Cant wait to see him in the NFL. Best player on Notre Dame in quite some time

I don't really care about the polls at this point in the season to be completely honest, although I do like to see a high number by my team's name whenever its mentioned. I definitely feel as though there are 3-4 undeserving teams in the top 10, though. Without a doubt.

I would have been fine with staying at #8 like the AP poll, but whatever. I had to take a break and cool down. There's still a long way to go in the season.

You'll be fine lol. Plenty of the teams in the top 10-15 who dont deserve to be there will be exposed eventually. You cant hide all season, eventually it'll line up how it should (at least in theory that's what happens lol).

Look at who they lost to and by how much. Their first game they lost Bradford and their backup couldn't have been ready to play. No way they could have expected it, they probably barely gave him any snaps all week with the starters if any. He was thrown into a situation where I don't see how he could win.

Next loss to Miami AT Miami by one point. Not bad at all.

Then to the #3 team in the country. Let's be honest Oklahoma is one of the top ten best teams in the country, they have just had some ****ty luck.

Lets be honest that any team that loses by 3 games is not a top team in the country. Just because they have great players does not make them a great team. Your backup should be ready to play at any moment and if he is not than thats poor coaching. However him being a freshman and the team no where near as good probably had more to do with it. BYU was dominated by an FSU team thats no where near great and BYU beat Oklahoma.

They lost two of the three games by a combined four points. They DOMINATED Texas, sadly for them their linebackers dropped two balls that would have been easy touchdown returns.

I'm sorry but who you play does count for something. If they played the schedule of a lot of other teams they are a one loss team or even undefeated. You seriously think Boise State would beat them? Cincinnati?

Just because you lose more games doesnt mean you are a worse team, especially in college football.
