How do you allow this team to continually fall apart? Tired of blaming the players and there were many players to blame but today the blame falls on you and not being to get this players to act like winners. how many games have we blown this year? cant keep blaming it on the players anymore. its now on the coaches to keep our team focused for 60 minutes instead of the 30 you have coached them up for

He deserves some, not all. He isnt on the field dropping those passes and making stupid penalties. Some blame yes, but not all.

I hate to be this guy and say this, but although I like what Vontae has done here, look at how Nicks has done in NY. Thats all I'm sayin.

He can have some of the blame, but that's not going to stop me from blaming Ginn.

This team isn't playing disciplined football, but it may be a function of having so many things go right last year and so many things go wrong so far this year. They'll eventually realize that you have to keep playing at 100% all sixty minutes to win games with consistency.

Have you seen some of the plays he has made? Nicks broke a screen play out 60 yards for a TD. Havent seen that out of any miami WR so far this year.

Sparano didn't miss tackles, Sparano didn't drop passes, Sparano didn't get the penalties. What we did was act like what we are, a young team that is building something but does not yet have the talent to take down one of the BEST teams in the league. What did you think we were? Did you even check our record? We show flashes, but we aren't consistent. Sparano gets the usual blame that comes with being a HC, but it wat the players who lost this one. Poor execution on both sides of the ball in the 2nd half.

Screen plays are made by the Oline, which the NYG happen to have a pretty good one. Vontae is a CB. Sorry to burst your bubble but he probably won't be making any nice screen plays. He did have a nice pick-6 though. Sounds like he's doing good in my book.

most of the blame falls on him. he's responsible for his players as well as the playcalling as well as in game decisions which were all Fs today

It's like New Orleans made adjustments at half but we did nothing. Even when we were winning in the 2nd half they acted like we were losing and forgot about the run.

I said I do like Vontae, but Smith is out playing him. Nicks is doing very well in NY, we had a chance to draft him, but we missed. What position is killing us more this season, CB or WR. I really hope you say WR.

Maybe he should coach the players how to tackle. This isn't something new, we've been missing tackles all season.

the inconsistency is on sparano. if you see flashes its up to the coach to coach them up. what is he a glorified motivator. get your act in gear, forget the statistics and get in the face of your players already

From what I have gathered, I think it was more that New Orleans used the second half to regroup and refocus the players while Miami's players lost focus. I don't think it was about planning as much as it was discipline.

really, you think thats the only reason we lost today? we were up 21 points and we lost because of a few dropped passes?

The defense was EXHAUSTED. The Dolphins O was 3-0, 3-0, 3-0. The D tried to hang in there, but there was a point where the gas tank was empty.

He ain't on the field but his players keep dropping passes (how many players dropped passes today?) and tackling has been bad all year. That's coaching.

I don't understand how anyone can blame the coaching for this loss. Its dumbfounding, in fact. Unless Sparano can play WR, he doesn't get the blame. Henne even had a decent game against an undefeated Saints team. This loss is wholly on the pass catchers. Undeniable.

Ted Ginn all handed the ball to Darren Sharper 7 points right there. Now there were some mistakes by the coaches. But you cant but all of the blame on them.

making tackles is fundamental.. the players have been doing it their entire lives.. If they still need to be taught on how to tackle, they shouldnt be on the team

I agree. While the game started well, and we had a great gameplan, and we were executing it flawlessly, that boneheaded timeout call of his ti essentially give the Saints a TD seemed to do us in.

Theres no doubt the team lost confidence in itself after giving up that TD, but it appears they allowed that to cause them to lose confidence in the game plan, and the staff themselves. From there, it seemed everything went downhill. Game management, playcalling, execution. Just everything...

Alot of individual players deserve alot fo the blame here tonight as well, but IMO it all started with Sparano tonight.

No doubt! The 'Phins are a run-first team. We aren't the Colts, Patriots, or Saints. As soon as we gave up on the run, (something the Saints didn't do, despite being pretty much stopped in the first half) you're telling your QB in his third start that he has to win this game... ...with no help from anywhere. As soon as the defense saw we gave up on the run, they knew all they had to do was sit back and wait.

    Sad loss.

We can really play this game all day... However the fact is, we should have been running the ball. These interceptions probably would not have happened and the game would have been over a lot sooner... with us with a W.

You abandon the best rushing attack in the league when you're up by two touchdowns... you get the blame. End of story.

Why did we abandon the run? it was working fine. we needed to slow that game down in the 2nd half and we didn't. Same thing happened vs the chargers, we didnt run enough in the 2nd half.

I thought we did better than I expected. I'm as disappointed as everyone else, but we did pretty good. We are just a few players away still. To win the big one, you have to be a team that can play poorly and still win occasionally. We are not there yet. I'm not upset at all now. We played hard.

I disagree, Ginn makes one of the 3 catches he should have had, the bad call on Cam's catch by the Ref, Bess fumbles the ball? After a great first half, G Wilson wiffs at every tackle?

That's not Sparano, thats poor players.

I watched it over like 3 times. It looked like he chucked it out of bounds to me. Trying to be a non-homer about it. Did I like the call? no. If it was on the other team?
