I honestly cannot remember the last time my Saints were down and beaten so badly then came back to win in such a fashion. I suppose it goes to show that this isnt the Saints of old. I couldnt be happier with how they responded.
But thats not really the point of this thread. I wanted to congratulate you guys on making one ****ing FINE football team. Im not joking here. I love the wildcat idea and I think you guys kick some *** with it. You also managed to hold off the #1 scoring offense for a good portion of the game and had me praying that Brees would come through it unhurt. Your DBs are studs and shutdown our recievers for a long time. Your pass rush is frightening. But most of all, I like the emotion your team plays with. Some of the calls were questionable and Im sure you guys yelled bull**** at many of the calls same as how I did when things didnt go our way either. But thats the nature of the game I guess.

Anyway, I will be watching your team more closely, because regardless of your record this season I AM IMPRESSED. You guys are a couple of WRs away from a pretty much elite team and I think youll fix that next year. I wish you guys luck and please beat up some teams for us, especially the Pats. Thanks.

Thanks for the props, I thought we had you guys, but you really got it together in the 2nd half. I would've loved to have been a fly on the wall during Payton's halftime speech.

The Saints are pretty good, no doubt. I think if our coordinators would have pulled their heads out of their ***es in the second half we would have won. I think the game was a good way for both teams to gauge where they're at. The Saints are a Super Bowl contender and the Dolphins need a receiver, a safety, and a linebacker.

Thanks for the props. This one doesn't sting as bad as the loss to the Colts (for me at least), but it was definitely a game we had firmly in our grasp, and due to coaching adjustments at the half, lost.

yeah I noticed that this year we have come out swinging in the second half of games. Like we turn on the afterburners if the first half wasnt working well. The bills and Jets kept it close until the half, then we just kicked into a higher gear altogether. I love the hell out of this Saints team and lord knows we are a fanbase who hasnt seen any success for 42 years. Seeing us at 6-0...I dont quite know how to deal with it and I apologize if any ******* Saints fans made your day miserable because most of us are pretty cool.
I am still happy we beat you guys of course. You played the **** out of us and almost had it. But Brees and those WRs...they are just sick sometimes. Mike Bell is also beasting it up. We havent really had a rungame the last couple years since Deuce was struggling to stay healthy and Stecker was just a role player. But Ricky Williams was a bust when he was a Saint and he is clearly thriving for you guys so Im happy for him. I just wish we hadnt given up an entire draft to get him (gives you an idea of how far this team has come and why we are excited)

I've got mad respect for Saints fans, yeah, it has been tough for us recently, and I was still wetting the bed when the Phins last won a Super Bowl, but Saints fans have been putting up with....not too much....for a long time. Good luck with the rest of the season.

I will just say that last year, you guys would have absolutely creamed us.
I mean horrifically so. Ive seen some cool jets fans and all, but some of the team themselves were calling your offense a gimmick and downplaying it. I think they were just butthurt to be honest. You whooped their asses and they arent blessed with an offense that could answer back. Your wildcat is the real deal. It is effective and I am VERY proud of our defense for finding a way to stop it in the second half. the advantage of what you guys do is shorten games. You keep opposing offenses off the field and chew up mad amounts of the timeclock on drives. Its a highly respectable strategy and I honestly dont want my Saints to have to play you guys again this year.

I love the clock-eating, smash mouth style of the game as well. We still need an answer to teams with an elite passing game, when we find that....look out.

You guys played a helluva game. Good teams find a way to win. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wasn't satisfied with a 24-3 lead.

If you match up the talent on each team, you guys are clearly superior. We're taking this loss hard, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the Saints in the Super Bowl.

I wouldn't say this team hasn't had any success in 42 years. We were in the NFC Championship game 3 years ago. We've been 6-0 before. We started 7-0 in 1991. This team is better than any of those teams but to say we've had NO success is an exageration.

Good to have you come back in here with so much respect. I have found the lasty week that is how probably 95% of your fanbase is, and that's very rare indeed.
Nothing but good thoughts for you guys the rest of the way.
Wouldn't hurt my feelings to see the Saints in the big dance, lord knows your fanbase deserves as much
