Absolute nonsense, our defense collapsed in both games. Did he make mistakes? Sure did, but he didn't cost us those games anymore than any other individual player.

Dude He dropped a GAME WINNING TD pass against the Colts.I agree with you the saints game was because of the dolphins Crappy play calling and bad defense. But Ted Ginn cost us the Colts Game.:pity:

He also had 100 yards receiving in that game, so to say he single handedly lost that game is being extremely intellectually lazy. If you want to throw Ginn under a bus for a game it would be the Saints game, not the Colts.

Why were you watching the Saints Game. The defense Gave up 22 Points in the 4TH quarter. Last i checked Ginn is not on defense. I can Blame him in the colts Game because he Dropped a perfect pass that Hit him right in his hands he dropped a game winning TD pass.

Ginn had Key drops in the Saints Game as well as the Colts Game.
So its intelectually lazy To tell me to throw Him under the Bus for the saints Game just think about what i am telling you 22 points in the fourth Quarter. Saints game.:pity:

You seem to be forgetting that we wouldn't have been in a "heave the ball up at the end of the game" situation if the defense hadn't imploded. One play didn't lose us that game, allowing Peyton Manning and Dallas Clark to make us look like a peewee team is what lost us the game.

But lets blame Ginn anyway. I'm still trying to figure out how to blame this win on him.

Look at that replay again, and tell me how in anyway it was a "perfect pass". it was late, it was high. Should Ginn have caught it? Hell yes he should have, but it was a difficult catch. He didnt lose the game, he played well that game, and without his SEVEN 3rd/4th down conversion receptions, we would not have been in a situation to win the game at all.The reason i say if you want to throw him under the bus for the saints game is he dropped i dont even know how many balls, one of which led to a touchdown for the other team. He played horrendously bad that game, no one will deny that. But the Colts game? He was our second best player in that game right under ronnie, blame the defense for the colts game.

Don't make it sound like he is the only reason we lost those games. Cause well he wasn't the only reason.

reason i say its intellectually lazy is because, i know people tend to have crappy memories and only remember things that fit their argument and what they believe, but Ginn actually played well in the Colts game.

he let Jay Feely tackle him. **** the 2 TDs, that's inexcusable. Cut him now.

I wont deny that the defesne contributed to that Loss i stand by my opinion Ginn should have caught that Pass but he Dropped it yes okay he had 109 yards receivng but he still dropped a few Key Balls including the TD. It was also Gibril wilson who should be blamed missing a tackle on the first play of that Game causing a Dallas clark Td. Im wont be ignorant and say that He lost the Game But ted Ginn has not helped us out in either of those two games. Im more angry with the colts Game because He DROPPED A TD CATCH

He was tackled By Jay feeley twice he should have been cut on the spot

Again One play did not Lose us the Game. Gibril wilsons Girl tackles did not help and His allowing a TD pass to Dallas clarck on the first play of the game did not help either..All im saying is that Ginn should have caught that Pass and many other that were thrown His way

He had a block in the back that was ruled no penalty by the refs. Are they blind? Ginn was playing dirty. I hope he gets fined.

so what if he had 109 receiving yards? he was our second best player on the field that game. Are you saying one play should wipe a whole games worth of production away? Even when that same player was pretty much the one responsible for allowing us to be in a situation in which we could try to win the game?

The defense gave up how many points in 15 minutes of possession?IOur defense did not only play badly they were an abomination and to blame anyone else on the team for the loss is folly in my opinion.

I understand why you would be upset at him for the colts game, but if you look at it rationally, he played well that game. he really did. The saints game he stunk up the joint and made what should have been a good game by Henne into a mediocre outing, and honestly, THATS the game you should be upset at him about. He was horrible. The worst thing you can accuse him of being in the Colts game is being merely good and not great.

Im pissed at Him for the ATL game the BUF game the SD game the IND game and the NO game

Obiously im not mad at him today or at the MNF Jets game.

My point is simple he still sucks in my opinion he is a jet Killer and nothing more at this point. we will find out Next week at NE. He has had more Bad Games then good one. The reason i bring up the Colts game is because he dropped a Td pass but whatever

Right, because a returner has never been tackled by a kicker before.

That would seem to run contrary to your earlier post

I have no problem with pointing out what Ginn does wrong, but I don't think it's fair for people to jump on him for things that are not his fault. That seems to be happening more and more lately. Drops were never an issue for Ginn in his first few years, yet there are a ton of posts in these threads saying that he has always had terrible hands. He was taken off return duties to focus on WR and people said it was a clear indication that he "sucked" on returns, that he "didn't have the skills to make it to the 20", even though they were completely overlooking the fact that he had returns for TD's in both college and the pros and our ST blocking has been horrible. Now folks want him to catch jump balls in the endzone even though he isn't a tall redzone threat that would usually be going up for those passes, not to mention having the defender hanging on him while he's doing it.

The kneejerk stuff goes too far sometimes, we saw it with Ronnie as well, look how that turned out. Had we acted on the "CUT HIM NOW!!!!" threads, where would we be now?

Ted Ginn is a Jets killer...lets hope he is an AFC East killer and puts us in good position against the Patriots. This was his first time getting real chances at KR since 2007. When he had 3 called back. I think he should split PRs also.

Also, we still need to use him to stretch the defense. ESPECIALLY next week, since the Pats will know he has a lot of momentum they will have to cover him and hopefully someone will get open. Maybe even him.
