Randy Starks is on a roll http://blogs.palmbeachpost.com/thed...ins-talking-points-randy-starks-is-on-a-roll/
no doubt about it, he stepped up on that last drive on 2 consecutive plays ... and caused Sanchez to get rid of the ball ... guy gets no credit, but he was a great FA signing ...
All we need now is one of the photoshop pros here to put a Sinlence of the Lambs mask on old Cry'n Ryan, that would be classic.
Iam not suprised at all, the guy is a baller and was our best dlineman last year as well. Anyone have any info as to how hes only 25 years old and this is his 6th year.. I didnt know he came out when he was 19, can anyone confirm that?
going unnotied is how good Fields has been punting. 49+yard net and 42+ yard gross are pretty good avgs. He is now 10th in the NFL gross and 13th net.
Hey I found this link that may confirm what you are seeking. It doesn't say anything about his age but it does confirm his 6 year. http://www.miamidolphins.com/content/randy-starks Hope it helps!!
Right at the bottom: .Full name is Randolph Starks Jr.,* born on December 14, 1983 in Petersburg, Va. yup. he'll be 26 in December...
A few more drops from our current wideouts and inability to get a rhythm on offense we could be seeing turner very soon. I would venture to say all our current wr's are on a severe hot seat right now. Really what do they have to lose by giving Patrick Turner a shot? Unless the rest of the group starts to put it together I actually could see Tony giving him a shot.
thanks ya'll, while being one of the strongest players on the team, at his age, the dude may still have some upside...thats encouragingg... Starks, Solai, Merling, Langford....young... big... strong.. P.s, has anyone heard anything about the disappearance of one kendall langford from the football field.?..maybe wickepedia has got some answers.
The question then becomes who has to be made inactive as a result? Turner can't play STs, so he's inactive for a reason.
Yep, that's a great question. I would be quick to say Bess, except with Cobbs out, he is our PR, unless Ginn can man up and take that role on as well.
Nope, I checked wikipedia. Nothing on Langford's disappearance. Perhaps he has been inconstent on the practice field or something....
I think Bess does need to get taken off of punt returns, and I thought Tony's speech about making players do what they do well was going to be an indicator that Bess returning to a WR only role was coming, but they're adamant about keeping him there for whatever reason. Ginn's fantastic returns aside the ST unit we fielded against the Jets did a great job and I think that we can't afford to lose any of that against the Pats just for the hope of seeing Turner. If Turner is good enough, he'll earn his way onto the field.
