What a piece of garbage. Seriously, a piece of human excrement. How about actually earning a living on your own instead of leaching and ruining someone else? Apart from that, he's also in violation of a contract they signed. I don't see how it legally gets released. On a broader note, when does this stuff end? And when do these people finally get punished? There has to be a deterrent. Hopefully they throw that Erin Andrews guy in the slammer for a long time.
how hard can it be to make some new legal policy? people having sex on videos without their consent is bad, immoral, and thus illegal. this seriously needs to be addressed. i mean its so screwed up that a person can literally steal a tape of two other people having sex, and release it on the internet.(i know thats not the case here, but has been in the past). and the scumbag from the erin andrews tape, they cant do a little investigating there? you're telling me there is no available way to trace its early arrival to the varying sites on the internet? some people have no damn soul.
Indeed. No way should this ever be released.... But if you tape yourself like that then you have to know its probably a matter of time till it gets out.
This was 1997 though. The Tommy-Pam tape -- the original celebrity sex tape -- had not even been released yet. This was 12 years ago. None of that stuff really existed. It was a different time I guess you could say. OT: the Pam-Tommy tape was locked away in a safe. Construction people working on their home stole the safe, busted it open, sold the tape.....and it stood up in court. The society we live in.....
Don't feel too badly for poor Pam and Tommy, see she and Bret Michaels also had a sex tape that was "stolen" and made public before the Lee/Anderson tape was, but no one really cared at the time. Once and that is a sort of violation, twice...someone was looking for publicity.
Paris Hilton was a nobody before her sex tape. Erin Andrews is now more popular than ever and will get her own show. Kim K was also pretty much unheard of before her tape. I don't feel bad AT ALL for these so called victims. They all wind up better off and much richer after these tapes are "stolen" and released. P.S. I seriously question the Erin Andrews tape as not being a big setup. Hotel records would easily indicate who was in the other room. IT WAS IN LIKE 6 DIFFERENT HOTELS!!! No possible way they wouldn't have record. It has "Setup" written all over it
Yeah, and the FBI arrested the guy with that information! Have you ever been stalked? They tend to know where you are a lot of the time. Even follow you around! Just because these people are doing well now doesn't automatically mean they intended for this stuff to get out. Sure, some of them did and lied about it. But what would J-Lo have to gain from this? She's insanely rich and famous and has been for a long time. She has it all. And now she is a mother. Apparently she has been fighting this guy for years. I would feel bad for her because she didn't ask for this.
My post is not really about them. It's that the courts were involved and didn't stop it. And this alleged J-Lo tape predates it's release too.
The difference to me is J-Lo had it put into the divorce agreement that there would no tell all books or release of stuff like this, a bunch of the other Celebs wanted such things to make it into the public, she clearly did not.
