Something I was hoping we don't end up becoming when Henne got the job due to injury. It's understandable since this is Henne's first year at starting. Sometimes, I feel Henning's stubborn & not playing to Henne's strong arm but understandable nevertheless.
Both teams have players dropping like flies. I hate short weeks like this. Its just asking for injuries to play thursday games like this.
played for the FG there. Probably the one time I'll agree with that though. No sense in pushing it with a patchwork OL out there right now. Let them get it together, go at it next drive. carpenter is money as usual
Think about what Tony Sparano and this team has been able to do....we were 0-3...We've lost our starting QB, our Pro-Bowl RB, our starting LG, our starting C, our backup C, our starting CB, our starting ILB, our Pro-Bowl OLB, our other starting OLB, our backup NT, and we're 4-5 and up 17-6 with 8 minutes left in an away game... IMO unbelievable job by the coaches to keep this team together and believing.
I like the optimism but the game isn't over until the clock reads all 0's. Smith has been getting deep all night.
