so houston has a penalty on a td pass. they throw it get on the one yard line. hand off the ball to the fullback I think it was. homeboy runs it into the endzone but fumbles. jaguars recover wtf!
guys its only 3 games. the jets will be at least 5-1 before the fall starts. its. just. the. way. it. is. besides, a Texans team who hadn't figured out their **** yet. a patsy team where brady hadnt shaken any of the rust off. a titan team who gift wrapped them enormous turn-overs. eventually, they will face game teams. the teams they played are a combined 3-6. we faced teams with a combined record of 7-2. so, lets let some of the season play out shall we?
Honestly, I'm still not scared of the Jets. I still feel like we can beat them. Still congrats to them. 3-0 with a rookie QB is heading into the right direction.
i had to revisit this. i mean, the jests blew their season WAY sooner than i thought they would. wow, talk about falling on your face fast.
if that's the sanchize i'm perfectly fine with that. in fact i think i'll continue to root for what he does best
What's funniest is despite this epic collapse Jets fans probably still think the Jets are better than the Dolphins.
oh you got no idea. you should visit jetnation. its laughable. they're still talking about their 2 td loss to the saints like it was a W.
Living in NY..its priceless..purely priceless. All the talk and chatter and smack talk from the Bart Scotts and Kerry Rhodes and Calvin Paces and the biggest loudmouth of them all Rex Ryan..and to see them just fall down and make themselves the focal point of animosity and contempt from everyone one in the league..is just JUSTICE. I wonder how many interviews Bart Scott is going to do this week? Never have seen a team talk more and produce less..NEVER
j.e.s.t. done done done. the adage is true. if it dont bite as a pup, it never will. as a rookie, peyton manning had a rough year, but he was on a putrid team. sanchez has a 100 million dollar o-line, solid RBs, and what were supposed to be good Wrs and TEs. he has a supporting cast, but he still is not good. he had a full pre-season and is 10 games in. at some point, the "rookie" excuse has to end. same for coach ryan. sparano was a rook last year, he won the east. no need for excuses. either you got it or you dont. the jest will be stick in neutral for years to come.
Well I Coach 4th grade Boys Basketball and they know better than to talk smack. Even at 9yrs old they know they have to produce something...anything before they would even think they were good
i disagree. its way to early to write off sanchez. he is having a terrible rookie year, but that was expected with his little experience.
since when is being terrible an expectation? i mean, he is AWFUL. color me concerned if he was playing like flacco or ryan. those guys were rooks, and didnt settle for excuses. maybe he'll improve, but the future is bleaker than any jest fan couldve expected.
he has played awful, but at the same time he has shown some he can make some legit throws... its funny most players get at least 3 years to prove themselves.............unless they play for the jets
I am sorry but the most entertaining show is watching Jets Postgame Live with Ray Lucas and Adam Shein. It is hilarious!. Ray Lucas calling for Sanchez to be benched and saying what it takes to be a QB in this league. You can't make it up. Just watching Rex Ryans press conferences after the game is pure entertainment. Its just an hour of complaining and finger pointing.
I wanted to see the Pats get the loss. But watching the Jets lose another game because of their QB of the future... is just damn good TV.
jabba the schmuck's post game presser http://www.nfl.com/videos/new-york-jets/09000d5d81468f52/Jets-postgame-press-conference
bro, relax. based on what i've seen, i THINK he's going to be bad. and i feel pretty good about that prediction. you THINK, what...he'll be a good qb? thats your opinion. neither are facts. and there's no 3 year rule or set time to give somebody. based on what i've seen , and how hard it is to make it at that position, i think he's in trouble. 16 ints in 10 games, and a 61 qb rating...lets just say, he's doing even worse than i had hoped for. and that is a fact. the future, its anybodys guess. im not sure why you would want him to succeed, as he plays for our rival. but i dont know how long his career will be, nor do i know how good he'll be. i just dont think he's going to end up a very good pro. the type of player who goes and wins them games. its my opinion and prediction. whats your prediction? are you going to tell me he's going to be awesome? or are you going to state the obvious; that we'll only know the truth in the future? hmn, that sounds like fun! lets talk about how we dont know things until they happen.
depends on what your definition of good is. i dont think he'll ever be an elite quarterback, but IMO he'll have some decent years. nothing like a 6th overall pick should be, or how some jet fans/media are trying to make him out to be. i never said i want him to succeed, so yeah.
