I am not saying draft a RB to pass catch. I am saying use RB Kory Sheets who is on the team for different plays, and a change of pace back. Mix it up for once.

I'd love to see that, but didn't Sparano say that the team's offensive philosophy exclude designed passes to the running backs? I can't figure out why we'll run screens to Bess but not to our RBs, especially when we've got great receivers there. Not to mention that Sheets can certainly run out of the backfield, so it's not like a Lorenzo Booker type of situation.

Did he really say that? It's a shame because I loved the offense we were running through Ronnie with Cam Cameron. That was the only time I've ever seen us run well executed screen plays.

We had Ronnie Brown who could pass catch and we didn't mix it up then, why would that change now for Sheets? I give the offense staff kudos for the wildcat, but everything else they seem to slack off at. We got two good receiving running backs who we dont use often enough, especially with our less then par WR corps. Why on earth we dont run quick slants is beyond me. Just saying we didn't use a pro bowl running back to catch passes, so why on earth would we now use Sheets for it. Although I agree with you that we should be, and should have been using Ronnie and Ricky for it.

really?, theres no drop off in the cat from ronnie?... ricky will not get the big gains out of the wildcat because he cannot handle the ball to create the space and lanes needed to do so.

When rick gets the snap, you will notice him watching the ball into his hands and taking off...goal line iam fine with, but nothing else would be effective. especially a stupid half back pass.

If we selected Pat to upgrade the formation with his dual threats, then lets see it. Where is the wildcat 2.0?...Like ive said before, maybe those plays are still being drawn up.
