    Lets root for

    Indy to beat Tennesse
    Houston to beat Jacksonville
    KC to beat Denver
    Oakland to beat Pittsburgh
GB to beat Ravens (Monday Night)

    and of course
    Miami to beat the Pats.

If all the teams above win there will be
6 teams with 6 wins (Miami, Balt, Pit, Hous, Jacksonville, Jets)
2 teams with 7 wins (Denver, NE)
1 team with 5 wins (Tennessee)

This will make for a really exciting wildcard playoff hunt

    Week 14

    Lets root for:

    Cleveland to beat Pittsburgh
    Detroit to beat Baltimore
    Indy to beat Denver
    Carolina to beat Patsies
    Tampa Bay to beat Jets

    and of course:

    Miami to beat Jacksonville

If all the above teams win:

Pittsburgh, Baltimore and the Jets will drop to 6 and 7

Patsies, Jacksonville and Miami will be 7 and 6 with Miami holding the tie breaker against Jacksonville

and Denver will drop to 8 and 5

We would be in great shape!!

Be honest with ya FFe84, what has to happen is all of the momentum we just gained in the Pats win has to carry forwards.

Most definitely Padre, as I think it will. The pats are heading downhill and we are moving forward. I am not counting out winning the division but I also love to root for teams to lose that may affect our wild card hopes.

We actually control our own destiny in terms of the wild card. If we win out we are in, whether it be winning the division or holding a wild card will depend on the Pats as well.

Im glad you didnt exclude this one and want tennesee to beat Indy like some finfans just to preserve our legacy. I for one could care less about our undefeated season if it means us getting a playoff spot.

Same here.. Cant believe Cleveland beat Pitt.. Awesome! Things are falling into place for us.. FYI-Quinn sucks. Did you see his throws. He had no strength in them whatsoever. Thank god we didnt draft this guy.

Right after the 2007 draft, I started a group on Facebook Titled...
"Thank God the Miami Dolphins Didn't Draft Brady Quinn."

Never liked the kid. I certianly like Clausen though.

Hmm...I saw that in the opposite light, imho Quinn had a great game, he made no mistakes, no Int's, no fumbles, no unneeded sacks, compared to Big Ben's Int/9 sack effort, Quinn outshined him.

Throwing the ball was just not working last night, it was just to brutally cold.

    Next up...

    Panthers at Pats
    Jest at Tampa Bay.

Actually, if the Pats, Dolphins and Ravens all win out, the Patriots would finish 11-5 and one game ahead of the Dolphins in the AFC East race. The Dolphins and Ravens would finish 10-6, tied for the 6th and final playoff spot in the AFC. Unfortunately, the Ravens would win that tie-breaker based on each team's record against common opponents (SD, IND, NE and PIT).

In reality, the Dolphins do not control their own destiny in regards to the divisional race or the wild card. They need to win out and hope the Patriots (lose a game to an AFC opponent, i.e. not Carolina, or things would get complicated) or Ravens lose somewhere along the way.

Just because Quinn didnt make any mistakes doesnt mean he outshined big Ben, he was just not as prone to mistakes. I never wanted Quinn and thank god Cameron didnt draft him, doubt he will ever be a starter once he gets the boot from Cleveland.

In that game he did outplay Big Ben, by far, some games are shootouts, some are close games and some boil down to who makes the fewest mistakes, and Quinn easily won that battle.

I didn't want Quinn either, but give him some do, he played good, smart football, over the last 4 games Quinn has played well though most people did not notice it.

I can see your point, and I know it was cold, but he didnt have any power in his throws; im not just talking about the deep stuff, even the short routes. Little 4 yard passes were very weak throws
