With this woman, her intent is to act on it in some form, that's why she shared her fantasy with the OP. If the OP is in his early 20's, it's not out of the realm of possibility to assume that she started having those feelings when her son was in his teens. That shows that she may have an interest in having sex with someone who is a minor (not necessarily her son), certainly enough to raise alarm bells. And if she's like most people who have addictions or fetishes, they don't stop once they fulfill their desire, they take it a step further and who knows what that means in this woman's case?
