I dont like our offensive gameplan so far. I'm running a spread offense, because I believe my #4 receiver is better than your #4 corner by a lot.
What is it about Wisconsin that seems to produce good offensive linemen? Didn't Joe Thomas play there?
JG is a TE I wouldn't mind Miami drafting, if he can be had in the 3rd. I think his measurables might actually push him higher, despite his lack of experience I could see him going mid-late second.
What did they do to Jacory in the offseason? Last year he looked GOOD running the ball. This year he's timid, and looks like he really doesnt want to.
Try to make him a pocket passer? Lol, I'm just guessing here but I agree with you. I think he's afraid of being blasted and I think that has to do with him being injured already and knowing that if he goes down, they have no one behind him.
Haynos is a receiving threat because of his size. Graham is a receiving threat because he is athletic. Apples to Oranges, all they have in common is size.
Anything we can help with bro? I think we are bro'ing you to a slow death here judging by that last multiquote post Lets go Canes
Graham's a lot more athletic and faster than Haynos IMO. He's also got that basketball background you like in your tight ends. Graham still needs work as a blocker but you can teach him that. You can't teach him natural talent, which is what he has IMO.
Btw, I heard McShay say that Graham may have a second round grade from some. I honeslty don't see it but I do think he's got potential as a third. And dammit, Collier. I applaud you for trying to catch that pass but you should know your surroundings.
On that fourth down, Jimmy Graham showed why he's so raw and needs work. He did a very poor job selling that in route. No use of his shoulders and eyes or his feet. Just rolled that route and the linebacker was just trailing him all the way.
If he has a good combine, he could easily go in the second. Remember, a lot of teams will draft a player based on measurables rather than actual performance.
True but again, you're talking about a guy that needs quite a bit of work. However, I do see your point as the draft has become a potential over production concept/philosophy/etc.
Garrett Graham is not impressing as a blocker. When you're having trouble with Daryl Sharpton in space, I'm worried.
Also, our linebackers have been pretty bad in coverage this year. Sean Spence is probably the worst but our other OLB's can't be too far behind. Btw, anyone else scratch their head when they showed Ray Buchanon starting? Talk about a guy who hasn't done squat lol.
What year is Nick Toon in? I really like him, seen him play a few times. I'm not sure what his measurables really are, but he's a playmaker.
What an interception. Talk about an athletic play, getting the ball at it's highest point. Someone get that boy playing receiver!
