I'm going to lose my mind if all the right teams lose and we don't beat the Steelers today.

 

I noticed it as well. But I don't think it was a yawn, it appeared to be a stretching of the jaw. You know when you're all wound up and clench your jaws. I only know cuz my jaws get like that

 

LOL I wasn't trying to start a Ginn attack (you can read every post ever by me and not find an attack on him) Just found it odd, would have said the same about any player yawning out there...

 

All the rumors of Hillards horrible pass blocking seem to be true I would say.

thanks, that makes sense, I know I grind my teeth and my jaw gets pretty tense too...

 

It's kind of scary that the player who looks most explosive (on either side of the ball) is a 4th round rookie WR that most people thought wouldn't even make the team. Good pick up though...

 

I didn't mean to sound too harsh just so used to everyone with the whole "Ginn did this, he has no heart" "Ginn did that, he sucks!"

I'm hoping next time it will be a player picking his nose

Yes, it is. We won the division and went to the playoffs last season, while having one of the best turnover ratios in the NFL and winning all our games in December.
This season, we are TRYING to win our last game to go .500 on the season and the playoffs are a pipe-dream. Our defense has gone to hell and we've turned the ball over quite a bit and are in danger having a losing record the last month of the season.
Now I am not saying we won't get better in the offseason---Henne looks like he will be a good QB for us once he gets a bit more experience, Hartline looks like a find at WR, our young CBs may grow into their role with some more experience and hopefully the FO can fill in the gaps this offseason.
But yes, this season has definitely hurt to watch, both at the start and then again at the finish.

If Henne can't play activate Thigpen if they want a chance to win.

 

Again our special teams allows a big runback. Jeez, that's just inexcusable this late in the season.

 

My God. That was the worst blocking I've seen on a play in my entire life.

It was like the blocking on a screen pass, without the screen pass. Not sure I'll even know what I just saw until tomorrow.

Seriously, don't take this the wrong way guys, but Henne better be hurt. If White is just in there for the hell of it, and we're essentially treating the second half of this game as an experiment with White, Im really upset with this entire organization for allowing this to happen.

7-9 here we come. I don't care what the 'experts' expected, this season has been a bitter disappointment. Playoffs were ripe for the taking. Without Henne in they don't have a chance.
