Very happy I found this board. Wondered where CK and Boomer went from FH. This is how I guess the picks before us go:

    1. TB - Ndamukong Suh - DT (trade with STL to get the star DT)

    2. DET - Gerald McCoy - DT (although I think Stafford might be a bust, another good early pick by Schwartz after Pettigrew and Delmas)

    3. STL - Jimmy Clausen - QB (get their man at QB at #3, hopefully they ease him in behind Bulger for a year)

    4. WAS - Sam Bradford - QB (I think will turn out to be a top 5 NFL QB, unfortunately they'll probably rush him in with Campbell gone) [On a related note, I think Campbell could go somewhere with a solid D and run game and do well, the Jets should have tried to get him last year instead of Sanchise]

    5. KC - Rolando McClain - ILB (Pioli building the D, good pick)

    6. SEA - Eric Berry - S (They could easily go Okung here but I think they can get a quality LT with their other 1st round pick, there's not many like Berry)

    7. CLE - Dez Bryant - WR (Good pick, might be able to give Cleveland's O a little life)

    8. OAK - Derrick Morgan - DE (Predictable pick because of his speed, but actually a good one unlike last year)

    9. BUF - Russell Okung - LT (Drops similar to Eugene Monroe last year, but a good value pick by Buffalo. They need a QB but no others should be picked this high, unless Mallett or Locker comes back out)

    10. DEN - Jared Odrick - DT/DE (I have no idea with this pick, they could easily trade down. Going with a 3-4 DE though)

    11. JAX - Joe Haden - CB (Either Haden, Carlos Dunlap or Tebow)

    12. MIA - ????

You could pick BPA (C.J. Spiller), a RT (Bruce Campbell), or a lot of other positions. Normally I would say go with the BPA and Spiller would be a dangerous weapon. But I think the smartest thing would be to trade down and pick up some extra picks in a deep draft. Someone's going to want the explosive Spiller, and SF and SEA pick right after us.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say ATL because I think Matt Ryan, Michael Turner, Roddy White, Tony Gonzalez and Spiller can be deadly. So we would pick 19th and there I would pick

    19a. MIA - Brandon Spikes - ILB

    and if he's gone

    19b. MIA - Jermaine Gresham - TE

I could see the Dolphins trading down and drafting someone like Greg Hardy late in the first. He was seen as a possible top 15 selection last year before going back to school.

I do know that Miami really liked him last year before he went back to school. It doesn't have to be him, it could be another OLB like a Jerry Hughes, Brandon Graham (although a tad short for their liking), a Ricky Sapp, or a Spikes at ILB, etc etc.

I am just throwing Hardy's name out there because they did like him, and he has the size they look for at that position (over 6'4 and 265).. He also played some tight end when I watched him prior to this season - was athletic enough to play both ways a bit.

I am not mentioning his name because I am some huge fanboy of his or anything.. and I certainly don't hate him. He's just a guy I could see Parcells and Ireland taking a chance on if they were to move down.. despite the injuries he had in 09.

Of course trading down is a lot easier said.. you need someone to dance with and who's willing to move up to #12, but I see the Dolphins preferring to move down and selecting those types of guys.

Under your scenario I would take Spiller though
