Obviously I won't come back to gloat, but I'll come back. I'm nowhere near ashamed of this team. I'm so proud of them. So happy.

Hey....your in the AFC Championship game....you should be proud.

How you guys got there is another story. But your there that's what matters. I just think when its on this week and Payton Manning is staring down your safety's and Revis that your secondary is gonna split wide open down the middle like fresh butter baked bread coming otta Momma's oven.........hmmmmmmm..enjoy:up:

Well, I mean, the situation described was if we lose. If we lose, I come back and obviously can't gloat. If we win, I still probably come back and still probably don't gloat unless it's a flat out domination and blowout, but that doesn't happen with the Jets this week, no way, not a chance. IF we win it's definitely a close game. I'd probably be so incredibly anxious and nervous about the Saints/Vikes. I actually threw up in the fourth quarter of the game on Sunday.

I don't think there is anyway we can blow out any team* because that's not how our offense works.

If you've made a million quality posts here that doesn't change the fact that you were gloating in this thread. Have fun, the ball won't always bounce the way of the NY Jets. Lady Luck will eventually jump ship. Don't worry, we're big boys here, nobody will ban you from the site. This isn't Gang Green or something.

31 points. I'll also point out that Miami held the Colts under 30. Good defense but they were solved today. Not the first time either. See week 5.

Secondary was just overmatched... Peyton and Company outplayed us. Still proud of what this team accomplished.

I had to leave the party I was at... Can't stomach watching that ****head Favre play unless it was because the Jets might play him in two weeks.

Something a Dolphins and Jets fan can agree on.

They had a good run. Nobody can take that away from them. Looking forward to next season.

I like Favre. I find nothing wrong with not knowing whether to walk away from what you love at his age, when you've played well in recent years but your body can feel it's not what it used to be.

You're lying if you say you wouldnt be in the same boat he is.

You're right, but Trent Green would beg to differ with Favre.

Trent Green had his decision made by concussions, and he obviously didn't have anything left in his tank.

I don't see the comparison at all. Unless you are implying that Brett should hang it up so he doesn't end up like Trent.

Exactly. The risk of injury is high, and at his age, he's not the most limber. It would be a damn shame of him to not be able to walk away from the game under his own power.

I dislike Favre because he's a drama queen and a douche. Certainly not because he screwed the Jets.

The worst thing is that I hated Favre before he came to us, approached the situation with cautious optimism, then bought into it hard. The harder I bought into it, the harder I fell. Now I hate him 10x more than I did before he was a Jet, and he was already my 2nd least favorite player in the league. Still is 2nd regardless, but a lot closer to 1st than before.

It was apparent he was using them to get to the Vikings and didn't really care if he helped them win. That guy's a piece of work. I don't think he's going to pull it off tonight.
