ah, could be worse. We swept the Jets, so there's that. Plus, I figured this season would be rough considering we still aren't finished rebuilding the O and we were handed the hardest schedule. I'm good ... tired though. This project I'm working on is draining the life right out of my effing body.

I think we're right where we should be. Last years great run skewed expectations. Next year will be the real year for a run deep into January; better players, more favourable schedule and less pressure.

I know it's tough, it's never easy losing someone that you care about. The best thing to do is pray for recovery, and if that isn't in God's plans, pray that she goes peacefully. Does grandpa live nearby or near family members that can be with him if she does lose her fight? It's important for all of you to spend as much time together as possible and help each other heal, he's going to need you guys to lean on, even if it's just over the phone.
