08/09 season on DVD???

Anyone know where I can find/ download all the Fins 08/09 regular season games?.??
I'm from Canada, and I saw in NFL.com they have a new 'Rewind' section. I guess you can buy any regular season game, problem is, it's NOT available to Canadians...F-ing politics!!!!

Anyways, any info would be apprecited!
