I cant see Weis getting fired. I suppose if we get a complete repeat of last season, maybe but I dont see that happening. ND was historically bad last season, it wont take much to at the least look more like a competent football team.

at some point you might start thinking that charlie being shown the door is a good thing.. I admire your loyalty Don, but to me, charlie doesn't look like the guy who's going to bring back the golden domer dominance.. Go Navy !

Thanks Mary... holy moly, dave looks OLD.. and his stache is failing him.. it's over..

We all know Dave's a nice guy... credit where credit is due for quality as a human being.

Having said that he's a waste of a coach.

The day he steps out of coaching football on any level is a day football as a whole gets just a little bit better.

A WELL DESERVED "hot seat" candidate there.

Yep...... you got it....... still bitter!

Most of those make sense, but I highly doubt Kirk Ferentz is on the hot set. He'd have to **** the bed this year.

If Kragthorpe is already on the hot seat, that's rediculous.

Greg Robinson is already gone. There was an article earlier this week about McNabb getting in on the search for the next coach and wanting an offensive minded HC to get the program going.

I can just see Weis as the face of ND football. It's hard to risk letting that go too soon. I think I'd rather keep him around a year too long than dump him prematurely. Even if you keep him around a year too long and you have a bad season, you know he's still going to recruit well so look at as him stocking the cupboard for the next guy.
