All the starters were still in at that point. Now that this game is over, next week (and for the rest of the season) I can give my full support to PSU.
In the NCAA dynasty he is almost always Akron and thats where Stitches attended college. So yes he is a big Akron fan as well. Throw in Cavalier basketball, Alabama football, and just recently LSU baseball
As Skeet said, it's where I got my degree from. Very proud to be a Zip. PSU is my favorite "big" team, but I can't root against my school in that game.
Exactly poor Griddles had that same problem last weekend and we all know how that turned out (Well me and Stitches do). Lets go Roos!!
clark is one of my favorite quarterbacks in the nation...i sort of root for penn state, i have family in Pennsylvania, and i love joe paterno.
Loving me some Penn State Football at this point. Come on Lions and give Jopa what he very much deserves
Iowa's a very tough team and probably is much more a deserved top 25 than 4 or 5 that are in there (Any Pac-10 Teams at this point). Still think Penn dominates the rest of the way and pulls this one out going away......
iowa's defensive line is sick. they have manhandled penn state since the 2nd qtr. we need a big play here. someone has to break one
BOOYAH! Seriously, good game... it was a good game to watch. I've thought that our defense is what keeps us in games... and it showed tonight. I am extremely excited for our two freshmen running backs as far as the future goes. Adam Robinson (#32) should be a stud if he can stay healthy for the rest of his career. I'm not worried about injury-proneness... but every year it seems we have someone who should be good... but then they get hurt or **** with the law... and the law tends to win. Spievey (#19, CB), Angerer (LB, #43), and Clayborn (DE, #94) are easily our best players on the team... and it showed. And honestly, how badass is it to have the last name Angerer?
Good win for Penn State and for the Big Ten who by all rights shouldve been 2-0 against the SEC that day (NW kicker to thank)
