Way too early to have a top 25 for 2009. Will have a much better view once the declaration period for the draft is over.

 

I might have put ND a bit lower, but think they should crack the top 25.

 

If Tebow comes out it will change the complexion of the ranking IMO.

If he stays , the Gators only lose Harvin and Spikes and they can find replacements for them

 

Cant see the reason to even do this until draft declaration deadline comes around.

I think he can be a better pocket passer than Tebow.
