    While most of you made this fairly easy, there are obviously a few people who got their 4th or 5th choice. These people are mainly 1st and 2nd year GMs. I tried extremely hard to get everyone one of their teams in the top three. You can all thank BIG E for saving everyone and putting the Jets as his 2nd choice. Hopefully I pleased the masses with this team list... if not, I'm sorry.

    heh... good luck with miami... you're gonna need it... it's funny I usually end up with 2 1's, 2 2's and 2 3's... I'm starting out with that... not sure where I'll end up. I just might end up with four in each round.

    Haha I actually had the Panthers number 2 on my list, but decided to move them down to 4 right before I finished my post. I'm satisfied. Time to rebuild ya!!!

    Yeah there are some pieces but a lot of the roster needs to be turned over, which is often the case with the team I select. I've got four games of the 9ers season already so I'll be busy tomorrow with watching them and taking notes.

    Worst thing is matching all this talent to the scheme. This will be the most difficult thing and there will be guys moved that some will question me about, which is typical.

    Just a quick question since I am a rookie GM....When are we allowed to get things posted/start trade talks, etc...? I'm assuming 2-4 weeks? I'm honestly not trying to rush anything. I was just curious, because I didn't want to go and make any threads too early or start anything too early.

    OC is Bill O'Brien basically. DC is Bill Belichick lol.

    Here's a small idea of where we'll be in the next week or two.

    Jan 25-26: College/retired coach nominations
    Jan 27: College/retired coach voting
    Jan 28-30: Teams decide whether to fire or retain their head coach and/or coordinators
    Jan 31-Feb 6: Coaching free agency
    Feb 7: Salaries and free agents announced, trades may be announced.
