With the 155th pick, the Philadelphia Eagles select, AJ Klein, LB, from Iowa St.

    STRENGTHS

Klein is a three year starter that served as the leader for the Iowa State football team. Fiery. Active and instinctual linebacker who plays all three positions in the stack. Klein is a very intelligent and instinctual football player. He reads his keys well, trusts what he sees, and very rarely takes false steps, or wastes motions. Flashes quickness to the ball due to great hustle and immediate play recognition. Scrapes adeptly, finding his way across the formation to stuff runs. Uses his hands to swipe off oncoming blockers, and fight through traffic. Takes on blocks well before shedding. Stacks running backs in the hole, stops their momentum. Does a good job getting proper depth in his drops, while never losing sight of the quarterback. Knocks receivers off their routes. Gets his hands on the football, and has displayed the ability to make the interception, and return it for the score. (four pick-six plays in his career).

    WEAKNESSES

Lacks elite straight-line and recovery speed. Struggles to in man coverage. Cannot consistently run down plays from the back side. Inconsistent breaking down to make stops in space. Lacks great flexibility to turn the corner as a pass rusher or adjust to elusive ballcarriers, can slip off tackles when coming in too high.

With the 160th pick in the GML Draft, Chicago Bears select Devin Taylor, Defensive End, South Carolina

    Height - 6'7
    Weight - 266
    Arm Length-35 3/4"
    Hand Length-10 1/4"
    40 - 4.65
    Vert - 35"

Tall and long with freakishly long wingspan (87"), Taylor possess an ideal athletic frame for a strong-side Defensive End. He has an extremely high motor and is always pursuing the ball until the whistle, making a high number of hustle plays. His height, length and big hands help him deflect passes (18 career Passes Defended including 2 INT’s).

A strong tackler, Devin’s long arms make him difficult to completely avoid and he is tenacious in getting ballcarriers to the ground once latched on. Hustles down the line when unblocked and down field to chase plays, also gives strong effort fighting through double teams on the edge and when dropped into short zones.

Has bullrush potential, but his power rush is underutilized. Devin has an effective swim move and with his height, can easily get his arm over the top of blockers.
Powerful and violent hands when he uses them effectively and has the ability to occupy and control multiple blocker at once on the edge.

    Gerald Hodges, LB, Penn State!!

We've had our eye on Hodges for a while now, and are happy to get him at this point in the draft. A versatile LB, who led Penn State in tackles the past two years (with over 100 each year), and was also named to the All-Big Ten team the past two years. He possess some real nice athleticism as well as a nose for the ball, and should be able to develop into a nice 3 down LB going forward, as he can cover from sideline to sideline.

With the 166th pick in the NFL draft the Arizona Cardinals select... Quanterus Smith, DE, Western Kentucky.

Smith before tearing his ACL was leading the nation in sacks with 12.5. Smith is a talented pass rush who put up 3 sacks against an NFL caliber offensive line in Alabama. While Smith needs to get straonger and get better against the run he can be an elite pass rusher.

With the 172nd pick in the 2013 GML Draft, the 49ers select:

    Nickell Robey, CB, USC

Although Robey is an undersized corner at 5'7", he plays much larger than that. He can lay you out. If need be, Robey may be able to play in nickle packages against slot receivers.

With the 184th selection in the NFL draft the Arizona Cardinals select... Mark Harrison, WR, Rutgers.

Harrison has the measurable's you look for in a WR. He was suppose to have a breakout year in his senior year and become one of the elite WR in the nation. That didnt happen, Harrison struggled with drops and the spotligt. His reason for falling this far is his inconsistency. Luckily he comes to Arizona as a 5th WR so no rush to become a star everyone knows he can become.
