Beadles scored in the thirties on his wonderlic and was an ESPN Academic All-American. Beadles has been huge in charity work and won the Broncos Man of The Year Award.

Intelligent, hard working over achievers of high character are out there to be had, a good GM will find them and bring them in.
They both are actually great options for the Offensive Line, problem I see is just the teams they are playing for.
The Broncos and Chiefs are quite in a good position at the moment , do not know about you but if I were one of them you would have to overpay heavy for my services to make me even consider joining the dolphins
