Hey guys! My buddies and I normally all put together 1st round Mock drafts and submit them before the draft starts. So for the fourth year and a row I wanted to start a thread where we could do the same. Yes, I know the draft is a few days out, but I wanted to give everyone enough time to submit their Mock Draft. YOU CAN EDIT IT UP TO THE START OF THE DRAFT (but not after it starts). Here is how my friends and I score it: 10 points = Correct player at the correct pick (example from 2012: You had Indianapolis picking Andrew Luck, and it subsequently happens) 5 points = Correct player to team, but at a different pick (example from 2012: I had Philadelphia selecting Fletcher Cox at #15, however in the real draft they traded up to #12 and selected him) 3 points = Having a player mocked within 1 selection of where he is actually drafted (example from 2012: I had Luke Kuechly mocked to Miami at #8 and Carolina took him at #9 [you also would have gotten points if the Bucs took him at #7]) 2 points = Having a player mocked within 2 selection of where he is actually drafted (example from 2012: I had Stephon Gilmore mocked to Miami at #8 and Buffalo took him at #10 [you also would have gotten points if the Cowboys took him at #6]) 1 point = Correct round for player (example from 2012: I had Dont'a Hightower mocked to the New York Giants at #32, but the Patriots select him at #25) You only get the highest point category for each pick. Say I mocked Andrew Luck to Indianapolis and he is taken by them I only got 10 points (instead of 10 for the correct pick + 1 for the correct round....etc). Obviously, you have to submit your mock draft before the 1st selection is made on Thursday. I already have my mock draft completed, but I am going to wait to post it; feel free to post yours now if you'd like to though. Good luck everyone!! Congrats to Ashy Larry for winning the first year with a score of 100! Congrats to Skull Destroyer for winning the second year with a score of 144! Congrats to texanphinatic for winning the third year with a score of 116! Here is last years game as a reference: http://www.thephins.com/forums/showthread.php?81752-2014-NFL-Mock-Draft-Game-(Third-Annual)
I'm assuming this is for the "2015" draft since this topic was created this year...... This is my NFL.com list in pics, I played their predict 1st round game and submitted mine in the Dolphin Fan page. The 1st list is my picks, 2nd is the avg pick from the fan page (like over 200 people) and the 3rd is the NFL.com's picks... .
