For those that aren't aware of the annual GML we have here at thephins.com, I'll break it down for you a little. Basically, each year around this time, we do a league where you are the GM of a specific NFL team. It's a salary cap format, where you as the GM, make all the decisions and roster moves throughout an off season. That includes: hiring/firing coaches, tendering restricted free agents, applying a franchise tag/transition tag, signing unrestricted free agents, trading players/draft picks, and participating in a full 7 round draft. We will have set dates and time periods for each aspect of the off season, so it isn't completely rushed. ie. theres a time period for hiring/firing coaches and there's another time period for tendering your RFAs. For those that would like to be the GM of the Dolphins, we will gather a list of people interested and do a random drawing to see who wins that title. For the other 31 participants, we will do another random selection process and have a mini draft for the rest of the available teams. After the team selection process, we will jump into things. For those that are interested, here is the signup thread: http://www.thephins.com/forums/showthread.php?88497-2016-GML-Signup -we have 15 spots left and are expected to have a couple of former participants signup within the next day or so For those that would like to find out some more information on the league and how things are ran, you can just check out our league from last year and get the jist of everything, here: http://www.thephins.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?122-2015-GM-League-Forum its a good time and I've been doing this for a few years. If more than 32 people are interested, don't worry, because we will have openings for co-GMs. That also goes for those who don't have the time/aren't willing to command a team by yourself. Just ask around, there are plenty of people who don't mind having an assistant.
If they had a GML Hall of Fame.... Finsbuck719=would be sitting in the stands, being thanked by each HOF inductee for feeding them so many 1 sided trades which led to their HOF nomination
