With the 123rd pick, The Pittsburgh Steelers select...

KJ Dillon, S, West Virginia

The Steelers have had a need at safety for some time. While Joseph got most of the headlines (and rightly so), Dillon slipped under the radar. Dillon has good size, and good athleticism. Most safeties are kind of pigeonholed into either being a run support in-the-box safety, or a center fielder-type coverage safety. Dillon is a rare prospect who could do both. He can play the pass, and can come up and deliver a big hit. He isn't talked about by many of the pundits, but I have a feeling that he'll go higher than people think in the draft. He will be in the mix to start for the Steelers from day 1.

With the 125th Pick in the 2016 GM League Draft, the Green Bay Packers select:

Jonathan Williams

School: Arkansas | Position: RB | Experience: Senior | Height: 5-11 | Weight: 220 | Arm Length: 31 5/8” | Hand Size: 10”
40 YD: 4.59 | Bench: 16 | 3-Cone: 6.97 | Shuttle: 4.29

Overview:
Williams was a second-team all-conference performer in 2014 with 1,190 yards and 12 touchdowns rushing, despite the fact that he shared carries with junior Alex Collins for the second straight year (he had 900 yards and four touchdowns as a sophomore). Williams missed the 2015 regular season after undergoing foot surgery, but decided he was better off entering the league instead of taking advantage of a redshirt (he played 11 games, starting two, as a true freshman). The thickly built and athletic Williams has the strength to return from this injury and excel as an NFL rookie.

Strengths:

• Loose hips and quick feet are his calling card.
• Crafty with outstanding lateral movement to side-step tacklers in the backfield, in the hole and on the second level.
• Light feet allow for immediate actions and reactions when needed.
• Forced 44 missed tackles in 2014.
• Has excellent instincts.
• Great feel through the hole maintaining distance from tacklers and finds the best running lane possible most of the time.
• Limited tread-wear with just 406 carries at Arkansas.
• Sets up his blocks well and runs with good balance through contact and an ability to run through arm tackles.
• Played in physical running game and will finish runs stronger than most slashing backs.
• Dependable in short yardage with the fortitude for short yardage situations.
• Three-down running back with soft hands out of the backfield.
• Willing to do his part in pass protection.
• Compares to T.J. Yeldon

Weaknesses:

• Needs to play with consistent burst and decisiveness.
• Spoiled between massive Arkansas offensive line that blew open gaping lanes that he won't see in the pros.
• Against Georgia (2014), made bad decisions to break inside runs outside because lanes were tighter than usual.
• At times, got too cute in the hole rather than planting and bursting upfield.
• Thin calves.
• Could use a little more thickness in his legs.
• Missed entire 2015 season after surgery to repair a left foot injury in August.
• Must get better at protecting football at point of impact.
• Lost five fumbles in 2014.

GM Says:

Bottom Line:
Has enough size, heart and talent to be a three-down running back, but was a proven commodity as a fresh runner in a committee approach at Arkansas. Williams is one of the more creative runners in tight quarters that you will find in this draft, but teams won't have to sacrifice too much toughness in order to take advantage of his slashing style. Williams' physicals at the combine will be huge since teams are justifiably concerned when the long term health of running backs who sustain foot injuries.

With the 127th pick in the 2016 NFL Mock Draft, the Chicago Bears select:

Antonio Morrison
School: Florida | Position: ILB | Experience: Senior | Height: 6'1" | Weight: 232 lbs | Arm Length: 30 3/8" | Hand Size: 9"
40 YD: 5.10 (Pro Day) | Bench: 23 (Pro Day) | Broad: 111" (Pro Day) | 3-Cone: 7.69 (Pro Day) | Shuttle: 4.60 (Pro Day)
Positives:

• [*=left]Intense, fierce competitor who truly loves the game. Willing to put in the time and work tirelessly to succeed. Unmatched work ethic; overcame a severe knee injury to start the 2015 season.
[*=left]Power and strength to stand up blockers at the point of attack. Good stack and shed ability to peel off and tackle the ball carrier. Consistent finishing off tackles.
[*=left]Excellent COD and lateral agility. Quick-footed and able to find the best angle to the ball carrier. Always in attack mode, never plays passively.
[*=left]Adequate ability in zone coverage. Fast flowing and can read QBs eyes. Potential as a blitzer.

Negatives:

• [*=left]Quicker than fast as evident by 40 time. Not able to cover backs and TEs in man coverage.
[*=left]A bit undersized for an interior backer, although his play style more than makes up for it.
[*=left]Knee injury in 2014 will require a medical recheck.

Pro Comparison: Denzel Perryman, SD

Overview:

The Bears are thrilled to see another top 100 guy on their board still available with their second 4th rounder. Although ILB isn't an immediate need for 2015 with the Free Agent acquisitions of Jerrell Freeman and Danny Trevathan, it is not going to surprise anyone to say that sometimes Free Agent signings don't pan out. This brings us to Morrison, a backer who plays an old-school brand of football that fits perfectly in the Chicago 3-4 defense. With another year removed from injury, Morrison has a very real chance of being even better in limited snaps in 2016 and as a starter down the road from now.

With the 131st Pick in the 2016 GM League Draft, the Green Bay Packers select:

Harlan Miller

School: Southeastern Louisiana | Position: CB | Experience: Senior | Height: 6-0 | Weight: 182 | Arm Length: 31 3/8” | Hand Size: 9 3/8”
Combine | 40 YD: 4.65 | Bench: 6 | Vertical: 35.5” | Broad: 118” | 3-Cone: 7.44 | Shuttle: 4.43
Pro Day | 40 YD: 4.57 | Bench: 4 | Vertical: 32” | Broad: 117” | 3-Cone: 7.1 | Shuttle: 4.35

Overview:
Miller was named third-team FCS All-American by The Associated Press as a junior, despite fighting through a dislocated shoulder that cost him three games. He then improved that honor to second-team AP All-American in 2015. Miller picked off 11 passes and broke up 22 others over the past three years using his height and length, earning first team All-Southland Conference honors each season. Miller also proved he could make plays on the other side of the line of scrimmage as a senior, making six tackles for loss, while additionally returning punts (15 for 175 yards), receiving first-team all-conference notice at that position. He looks to join former teammate Robert Alford (drafted in the second round by Atlanta in 2013) in the league.

Strengths:

• Plays with quick, darting feet and has the ability to mirror and match receivers' movements down the field.
• Is always in hot pursuit in run support and is willing to sprint across the field to get into the action.
• Tenacious wrap-up tackler.
• Tall with good arm length.
• Will actively look for chances to make plays outside his area.
• In press, reads direction of release and slides feet in front of receiver to impede his route.
• Able to shift weight and change direction instantly.
• Hard-charging competitor with ball skills to boot.
• Understands play indicators.
• Physically and mentally resilient, playing with a chip on his shoulder.
• Productive with 33 passes defended and 11 interceptions, averaging 18.2 yards per interception return (11/200/1).
• Compares to Kevin Johnson

Weaknesses:

• Thin and scouts question whether or not he can carry much more weight.
• Aggressiveness can get him in trouble.
• Will get caught peeking into backfield at play-action and allow his man to get a jump on him from time to time.
• The footwork is there, but needs to improve angles to the ball to make more plays.
• Slow 40 time and overall disappointing combine likely to ding his draft stock.

Scout Says:
- Matt Miller

GM Says:

Bottom Line:
With his abundance of energy and tenacious playing style, it's hard not to love watching Harlan Miller play. Miller is a tall, thin-framed athlete with light feet to mirror in man coverage, but appears most comfortable in off-coverage where he can use his drive mechanics and toughness to make stops vs. the run and the pass. Although he doesn't have ideal strength or speed, Miller plays with a chip on his shoulder and the fluid athleticism that is worth developing.

Lasco is the last back I really like in this draft among a pretty good group. I don't think the guy gets his due among the national media, and I think he can at the very least be a nice complementary back in the NFL.

With the 135th pick in the 4th Rd the Cowboys select: Kevin Hogan QB (Stanford)

*According to several scouts and the Cowboys scout team the most game-ready QB in the draft. Was the 4th rated QB on the Cowboy board and probably wouldn't make it to our next pick in the 6th. Hogan has a full understanding of the NFL offense. Feeds off a strong run game, no problems with velocity, advanced pocket awareness, athleticism to avoid the rush and run. Great reflexes but does have a bit of a awkward throwing motion. With some coaching, watching Romo, and his overall ability it shouldn't be any problem at all. Plus his name has the same # of syllables as To-ny Ro-mo = Ke-vin Ho-gan ;) . Afterall... that is the key.

1. M.Jack LB

With the 137th Pick in the 2016 GM League Draft, the Green Bay Packers select:

Steven Daniels

School: Boston College | Position: ILB | Experience: Senior | Height: 5-11 | Weight: 243 | Arm Length: 32 5/8” | Hand Size: 10”
40 YD: 4.86 | Bench: 16 | Vertical: 32" | Broad Jump: 112" | 3-Cone: 7.33 | Shuttle: 4.54

Overview:
If any running back has a question about Daniels' size, he'll be happy to answer you with a big shot to the mouth. No matter what his official height might be, the three-year starter for the Eagles is a big-time thumper in the middle. He stepped into the linebacker rotation as a freshman (25 tackles, one start at Will) and then moved onto the first team listing as a sophomore (88 tackles, 6.5 for loss, three sacks, three pass breakups). Daniels had 72 tackles, 1.5 for loss, as a junior before taking his game to another level in 2015. The first-team All-ACC selection led B.C. with 82 stops, 16 for loss, and six sacks as the Eagles ranked first in the FBS in total defense.

Strengths:

• Pure thumper; destroys blocks working downhill in the running game.
• Excellent play recognition in the run game—reads pulling guards instantly and gets to the right spot.
• Didn’t test well athletically, but short area quickness on the football field looks good.
• Rarely fooled by counter-action. Even when teams try to disguise with motion and fakes, Daniels still beats blockers to the spot against counter.
• Makes up for his lack of speed by taking good angles to the ball when running sideline to sideline.
• Will never be confused with a coverage linebacker, but made a few strong plays while isolated in the flat.
• Reads and attacks the screen game well.
• Can bull-rush as a pass-rusher and also uses his hands well to shed blocks. Had some success against college offensive tackles when rushing the passer.
• Compares to Brandon Spikes

Weaknesses:

• Got caught on blocks on cutbacks against inside zone. If he has to “slow-play,” can get engulfed by blocks.
• Lacks the athleticism to be trusted in man-to-man coverage against running backs and tight ends.
• Many of his strengths looked like weaknesses against Syracuse. Just a bad game?

GM Says:

Bottom Line:
Daniels is simply playing in the wrong era, as his tough, downhill style would have been coveted in the old run-heavy days of the NFL, but his style of linebacker is becoming less valuable in the spread-offense era. Still, there’s value in a strong interior presence against the run, and Daniels would fit in well with any team looking to improve their early-down run defense.

Tampa Bay selects Terrance Smith, LB, Florida St

I'm probably taking him a little early here, but I'm all about taking an aggressive and athletic prospect who can develop into a 3 down LB and immediately contribute on special teams.

Still need some help along the defensive line even after the addition of Collins the pick prior. We hope Blair will be able to develop into a quality NFL player with our coaches and strength program.

With the 150th pick in the 2016 NFL Mock Draft, the Chicago Bears select:

Daniel Braverman
School: Western Michigan | Position: WR | Experience: RS Junior | Height: 5'10" | Weight: 177 lbs | Arm Length: N/A | Hand Size: N/A
40 YD: 4.47 (Pro Day) | Bench: 10
(Pro Day) | Broad: 112" (Pro Day) | 3-Cone: 6.86 (Pro Day) | Shuttle: 4.20 (Pro Day)

Positives:

• Lighting-quick slot receiver with excellent footwork. Defeats press coverage with a shake move and gets downfield quickly.
• Soft hands to make catches without effort. Will fight for contested passes and is not afraid to take a big hit in the process. Goes over the middle fearlessly.
• Natural route-runner with hip flexibility and footwork to create separation even if he isn't a pure burner. Potential to grow into an elite level route runner.
• Works back to his QB; a very reliable target and knows how to read coverage, defeat man, and sit in zone openings.
• Intense in competitiveness. Won't be out-worked.
• Experience as a Punt Returner and brings Special Teams value.

Negatives:

• [*=left]Lack of size will limit him to slot play. Does not have a wide catching radius.
[*=left]Not a true deep threat; more quick than fast.

Pro Comparison: Troy Brown, Former New England Patriot

Overview:

The Bears are thrilled to find Braverman in the 5th and, with this, can complete our young receiving core already consisting of Alshon Jeffery and Kevin White. Eddie Royal did a good job last season but he is not much more than a stopgap at this point; Braverman can win the starting job from day one and has the potential to be a real star. His quickness and hands will be a valuable asset in the slot between the twin tower combination of Kevin White and Alshon Jeffery. After losing Brandon Marshall, Martellus Bennett, and Matt Forte in the past two years, Cutler needs more weapons and Braverman can be a good one right from the beginning. The savant route-runner should make Jay Cutler very happy, very early.

Joe Schobert, OLB, Wisconsin!!

Although we already drafted two linebackers, both bring different skills and qualities to the table than Joe. Joe brings a pass rush ability that Perry doesn't really have, and a bit of size that Brown doesn't have. Regardless, the Bills are ecstatic to bring all these guys in to compete for playing time and starting positions. LBs should not be a weakness in the coming years for the Bills.

With the 158th pick in the 2016 NFL Mock Draft, the Washington Redskins select:

Evan Boehm
School: Missouri | Position: C| Experience: Senior | Height: 6'2" | Weight: 309 lbs | Arm Length: 31 5/8" | Hand Size: 10 1/4"
40 YD: 5.33 | Bench: 24 | Broad: 96" | 3-Cone: 7.52 | Shuttle: 4.69
Positives:
[*=left]4-year starter in the SEC and holds the school record for most consecutive starts (52). Tough as a $2 steak; sprained his right ankle in the 2015 season opener and played through it all season.
[*=left]Plays with a nasty temperament on the field, always looking to pancake defenders. Great finishing strength. A natural team leader in the locker room.
[*=left]Tremendous lower body strength to anchor against even the biggest DTs. Can squat 700 pounds. Will physically overwhelm DLs and splatter LBs at the second level.
[*=left]Very good technician with the ability to latch on and steer defenders in the run game as well as stop blitizing LBs dead in the tracks in pass pro.
[*=left]The kind of guy you want next to you in a foxhole.

Negatives:

[*=left]Average height with limited arm extension. Does not have a long reach, having to wait for defenders to get to him before engaging.
[*=left]Much better moving in a straight line than laterally. May not be as effective in screen or trap plays.

Pro Comparison: Weston Richburg, NYG

Overview:

Washington is thrilled to find a potential day 1 starter in the 5th round. Boehm is a guy who's stock has been relatively cool until about now; his toughness and leadership has started to bring him up draft boards to the point where its possible for him to be a late day 2 pick come April 29th. Washington's OL has a nice mixture of talented and young players, but these two qualities are missing at the Center position. To round out this rebuilt offensive line, Boehm has a chance right away to grab the starting job and run with it. His all-around ability should fit in perfect and playing next to Brandon Scherff will certainly help. An O-Line with Boehm, Scherff, and Trent Wiliams has the nastiness to make it a long day for opposing defenses.

With the 161st Pick in the 2016 GM League Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select:

Darius Latham

School: Indiana | Position: DT/DE | Experience: Junior | Height: 6-4 | Weight: 311 | Arm Length: 34 3/4” | Hand Size: 10”
40 YD: 5.32 | Vertical: 29" | Broad: 100” | 3-Cone: 7.76 | Shuttle: 4.63

Overview:
Latham is a product of Indianapolis' North Central High School, where he starred as a football and basketball player, and decided to sign on with his home state team despite being a top 20 defensive tackle recruit nationally. The team made room for their prized recruit on the field immediately, as he played in all 12 games as a regular in the rotation (22 tackles, three for loss, two sacks, three pass break-ups). Latham made some plays in his sophomore year (10 starts, 26 tackles, 5.5 for loss, 1.5 sacks) but turned up his game a bit in his junior year. He garnered honorable mention All-Big Ten honors after making 33 tackles, 10 for loss, and four sacks during 2015. However, NFL scouts evaluating the early entrant will take heed that Latham was twice suspended for one game due to violating team rules.

Strengths:

• Sports broad shoulders and and NFL mass.
• Specializes in hand to hand combat at the point of attack.
• Uses his jarring upper body power to dislodge blockers from their spot on his way to the ball.
• Uses size and strength to create gap disruption.
• Hands are quick and violent using them to club, slap and shove to keep linemen off of him.
• Raw, but has some rush to him.
• Has feet to get to the guard's edge as a pass rusher and can generate instant pocket push against anchor-deficient blockers.
• Dancing bear qualities with his short-area movement skills. Possesses one of the best spin moves in the class.
• Already knows how to use his hands as a pass-rusher. Consistently swats away offensive lineman’s hands and has a quick swim-move to counter.
• When he wants to play low, Latham has an extremely strong base and knows how to use his length to gain leverage with ease.
• Fifth-highest pass-rushing grade among defensive tackles in the class.
• Compares to Quinton Dial or Letroy Guion

Weaknesses:

• Plays hard but lacks proper conditioning.
• Might not have enough power in his lowers to sit down and own both gaps.
• Will go along with wash down blocks rather than battling through it.
• Body control needs to improve.
• Consistency at the point of attack can improve with better bend.
• Personal character has scouts concerned.
• Was suspended twice for "undisclosed violations" forcing him to miss three games.
• Flagged eight times for 90 yards including three 15-yard penalties.

Scout Says:
- NFL Assistant Defensive Line Coach

GM Says:

Bottom Line:
Broad shouldered interior defender who can fit in 4-3 or 3-4 fronts. Latham uses his hands and length to unlock his impressive upper body strength, but he is more of a "flash" prospect than consistent performer. While his run stopping is inconsistent at times, it appears to be correctable with more work. Latham's size and play traits might get him drafted beyond his production if his work ethic and character check out.

With the 163rd Pick in the 2016 GM League Draft, the Green Bay Packers select:

Willie Beavers

School: Western Michigan | Position: OT | Experience: Senior | Height: 6-4 | Weight: 324 | Arm Length: 33 1/2” | Hand Size: 9 1/2”
40 YD: 5.28
| Broad: 103.0" | Bench: 20 | 3-Cone (Pro Day): 7.75 | Shuttle: 4.71

Overview:
At the end of Beavers' redshirt freshman year, Broncos coaches did something they wouldn't regret: start him at left tackle. He's been a stalwart on the blind side ever since (40 straight games), playing with a strong base, good feet, and excellent tenacity as a pass protector and run blocker. The 2015 first-team All-MAC (second team in 2014) pick’s size is only average, at best, for a tackle, but he'll get his shot.

Strengths:

• Loose, fluid athlete for the position with very good foot quickness and agility.
• Quick out of his stance and is eager to get into his target first.
• Easy, natural mover in space and has all the traits to be effective as a zone scheme blocker.
• Has the quickness to get to difficult second level blocks.
• Uses staccato choppiness in his pass sets allowing him to make quick, power step back inside against slants, twists and counter moves.
• Has bubble butt with broad hips.
• When locking out as a base blocker, can generate impressive torque and turn from his hips and knock his man off-balance.
• Extremely competitive and active on each snap.
• Has quick hands and flashes some strength in them to snatch and maintain contact.
• Tends to remain engaged with his block for as long as possible.
• Won't quit when he’s beaten early in the snap.
• Has reactive athleticism to give himself an opportunity to battle back into a play.
• Processes twists and blitzes quickly and reacts accordingly.
• Played Michigan State and Ohio State in September and passed those tests.
• Compares to Derek Newton

Weaknesses:

• Overly eager and impatient at times.
• Excessive movement post-snap.
• Body control would benefit from "quieter" approach with hands.
• Must learn to call himself and play with greater patience.
• Desire to get hands on defender quickly opens him up to lunging and missing when pass rushers don’t immediately burst upfield and into contact.
• Needs to play with more consistent pad level.
• Appears to have average core strength and redirect power when opponent gets to his edge.
• Will play with a wide, grabby outside hand in pass protection.
• Needs to improve hand placement and punch to make better use of his 34-inch arms.
• Against speed on the edge, will over-set from time to time rather than trusting his own foot quickness.
• Could use a little wider base in pass pro.
• When blocking on an angle, uses inconsistent path allowing linebackers and defensive tackles to leak inside.

Scout Says:
- Gil Brandt

GM Says:

Bottom Line:
Beavers is very athletic with the feet to play left tackle, but has the talent and traits to play all over the offensive line with more technique work. While he clearly has some power and twitch in his hips, he could use a year in an NFL weight room to strengthen his core and upper body. Beavers is an eventual NFL starter who is likely to be targeted by teams who covet tackles who can excel in space.
