Sooooo....MAJOR Question.....who loaded Megagronk's lineup for this week? I have a slight concern with 8 folks getting free passes and the rest not(and yes, I have bought in interest as I play him this week, but would have the same concern either way). Especially considering his last league activity was JUNE 30!
Maybe he finally set it? Maybe the commissioner set it after recently catching up here and reading all our posts about Gronkatron’s absence and need for setting his lineup?
Well, he wouldn't have since he hasn't been active sine June 30th. I just think we need a level playing field, IMHO.
Understandable... and I agree. Last week MegaGronk played BeatsByRay a 2nd time. Perhaps that's why the commissioner updated it, to prevent anyone else from getting a second freebie.
Not everyone has gotten a first freebie.....we have 12 teams in the league and are only through 8 games. Personally, it's my first time facing him. I understand if it was done for last week, but not for the first time through for those that haven't faced him. At this point, it should be left and if you face him twice, I guess good for you IMHO. You put the conservative lineup of who should perform best and Beats gets beat and isn't 6-2. He's 5-3 and while still in 3rd, is a game behind the division leader. (No offense Beats, just stating the facts). Not much I can do either way, just trying to be fair about it now that we are 8 weeks in. 2 weeks would have been much different.
I'll try to get a hold of commissioner Mat to see what he says. Regardless, I think MegaGronk's team needs to be drafting last of the non playoff teams next year (6th) regardless of the team's record, b/c it's clearly a playoff caliber roster had it been set on a weekly basis.
And now fournette is out to take away my best chance of beating Mega. Congrats Gisel's Dong on the increased chance of a better draft pick. It will be what it will be.
