Penn State may be the best team in their conference, just dominant defensively.

Josh Rosen may very well be the best quarterback in college football right now. Everyone is talking Josh allen and sam darnold... and im a USC fan, but im not afraid to admit it.

i felt Rosen took a step back last year.. and watching this ridiculous comeback Rosen just made today against A&M, so composed with ice in his veins. He may be the next big prospect.
