Unreal....the Jets are horrible and yet we lost. Hell, they look like the worst team in the league. Guess any given Sunday applies with them. We dominated the whole game and still lost, thanks to 2 missed field goals and the I'll advised icing the kicker time out.

The Dolphins are what they are. A mediocre team which can sometimes beat another mediocre team and sometimes lose to this type of team. The Dolphins should have won last week, but like they have over recent years, they found a way to lose a game they should have won. I really can't remember when the last time the Dolphins won a game against a quality team. Until they do, they have to just be considered another bottom tier team in the NFL. They have a chance today and next week to win games against two playoff quality teams. It is up to them to show that they are not the same mediocre team they have been for the last several years.
The Dolphins don't have the luxury of giving up a pic 6 and had Bush remained in the game probably would have won. Its 1 game, not the season and the fan base dwells on it way to long.
To say we have been mediocre is absolutely right. But this team has beaten quality teams over the past few seasons, such as the Packers for instance.
Look at our roster-now back to theirs-now back to ours-now back to theirs. sadly, we aren't them. But with a real GM we too can look like them. anything is possible when you have a talent finding GM and not a glorified scout-we're on a horse.
Well for one thing the niners have the best secondary in the league. Plus the niners didn't look overly dominant on offense. Holmes handed them a td by throwing the ball to Carlos Rodgers. If not for a pick 6 by Tanny he outplayed Alex smith. The niners defense dominated that game, the niners offense just didn't get in the way like ours did.
