Aren't they always?
Happy for him, but that seems kinda high.
And they wouldn’t pay Dalvin Cook???
So, just to clarify Grier’s priorities:
RB, TE, and OL are not good uses of the team’s money. FB is. Got it.
and, wasn't he injured often last year and in the past?
Dalvin Cook was probably offered a contract significantly larger that Ingold's.
Do you think Dalvin Cook would've taken less than 6 mill a year? I don't think so
lol in Grier I do not trust!
He signed with the Jets for $7 million on a one year deal (with another $1.6 in incentives). Miami could have given him Ingold’s $17 million over 2 years.
Which would you rather have?
I'll drop this here instead of digging out an old thread:
Meanwhile, in America (because America is, well, America):
That’s pretty twisted. I guess it really is true what they say - hell hath no fury like a ho scorned.
The Dolphins have a roster of what seems like really quality people. Sounds like the complete definition of a team.
There must be some personality thing with Cook that kept them from really going after him.
Dolphins have a lot of investment in OL.
Robbie Chosen was signed to the practice squad and Mike White was tabbed QB2 for opening week.
Hold on to your butts. Eichenberg starts at LG.
We lose game 1 Liam is no better than a bench player for a good offensive line IMHO.
Chargers are going to feed on tua. Trade armstead ASAP or trade before the deadline. He’s not worth it he misses to many games and this year every game is crucial!
So you are worried about the worst lineman they have but also want to get the rid of the best one? I am confused.
and what trade value would he have ? He is great if and when he plays.
CNt be the best when you do t play. And yes I’m worried about Tuas health and when you replace a once great OL with a turnstile one TUA is going to have to scramble
More reason you can't be rid of Armstead. 13 games of Armstead is still a whole lot better than 0.
Let's not kid ourselves either, that's becoming an increasingly common outcome for OL where they're too injured to practice during the week but healthy enough to play come game time.
