The rules don't allow a man head up on the long snapper anymore. For the past 2-3 seasons at least. He could line up over a guard though and try to pressure the A gap on Fg attempts. If he could block even a few FGs a season he'd be worth having
He could take ten yards of opposing teams field goal range, esp when paired with Vernon's leaping ability. I think Rizzinis creative enough to find a use for him. But other than that, he'd be a waste of a roster spot. What he oughta do is learn to Longsnap so he can be on the roster anyways.
