Ross is the type of guy who will give up our only home field advantage (heat) so that the fans have some shade at the games. If he does fire Sparano, IMO it'll be more to energize the fan base than improve the team. We can get Gruden or Cowher, trade away our next 3 #1s to move up for Luck, and we'll steal the Offseason Championship Belt away from the Jets. Hooray.
