From Marino's best season (1984), in the Orange Bowl. For the young ones around here, you can see just how lethal Marino, Duper, and Clayton were, even against the likes of Lester Hayes and Mike Haynes, two of the best cornerbacks of all time, along with the rest of the Raiders' very stingy defense consisting of guys like Howie Long, Lyle Alzado, Rod Martin, and Matt Millen. Marino was a machine folks. The Dolphins were 12-1 coming into that game and eventually went to the Super Bowl that year, as I'm sure you know. There was a lot of excitement.
Marino is the best....thats whole field vision with agressive mentality...in his 2nd year...unbelievable player. Tannehill last week, had tunnel vision and was very conservative, let's hope for real progression from our rookie. Not comparing.
