If I were opposing counsel, I'd ask about deflate-gate while BB is under oath.

I disagree. He was there, and according to MA state law, they didn't need to prove he pulled the trigger, just that he was a part of it.

Really? Cell phone pings put them together. Joint at scene has both their DNA. Girllfriend said he gave me a box and told me to get rid of it. His lawyers admitted he was at scene of crime during their closing.
    The LAW did just fine!

Combined with footage of him walking into his house with a firearm, Odin having the keys of the car Hernandez rented in his pocket, admittance of the 2 getting heated a club just days prior, etc. It's a lot of circumstantial, but put it together and a jury can reasonably find that Hernandez either pulled the trigger or organized the murder. Add on that under MA law it isn't necessary to prove he pulled the trigger.

They have to prove that he intentionally participated in the murder.

It was almost entirely circumstantial, but as strong of a circumstantial case you will ever find.

Yes I didn't realize their Murder 1 charge can get a guilty verdict by "joint venture" RI's is different....

It is like they have a built in conspiracy clause in their M1 charges...

Miko Grimes is award winning right now btw....

Circumstantial evidence is everything that is not absolute.

Fingerprints, DNA, blood, videotape, recordings, photographs, ballistics, or any other forensic evidence, is all circumstantial. 99% of all criminal convictions are due to circumstantial evidence.
