you obviously have no clue what I'm saying.

He wanted to be singled out...deal with it.your 1% comment tells me so.

Maybe if he took his nutrition seriously and wasn't proud of being fat, he would have a better chance to use the talents he was born with, how's that?, too much for you to handle?

...or you could just ignore everything I said and continue to be be unreasonably harsh on a professional athlete for not taking his job seriously over one joke.

By insinuating the man is more interested in junk food than training, when there is no tangible proof to back up the claim.

On one occasion he writes how he hates vegetables, on another occasion he proclaims we should respect his fatness and that he's proud of it, I think he's given me enough to insinuate what I did..I don't care if he hates vegetables, but the two statements seemingly correlate in this case.

Eating healthy is a huge part of training, I highly doubt considering this guys statements he understands that.

He said it was an attempt at humor. It appears to me that you are extremely overreacting.

Does he look like he is fat and out of shape compared to other DTs? No. Did he play like it at Maryland? No.
So making a humorous comment about his physical appearance means he has a bad attitude about it? Not buying it, sir.

My "sir" was out of respect...

What can I say, it rubs me the wrong way..do what your supposed to do, do the right thing, it's the least you can do.

It's 2013, get with the program Twinkie..when you know you have a chance at the next level, probably a smart move to train and eat like it, next, when you get your chance, don't brag about how you didn't..

Calling him Twinkie is unfounded hyperbole. You actually have no idea exactly what he eats every day or his training regimen.

    http://m.washingtonpost.com/blogs/t...s-for-the-nfl-with-a-new-diet-twitter-handle/

"A.J. Francis passes seven fast-food restaurants while driving to his early-morning workouts in North Miami Beach, training for his shot at the NFL. Some time ago, Francis, who typically indulged in comfort foods during postgame meals but still ate fairly healthy during the week, created the Twitter hashtag #FatGuyFriendly, gauging a situation’s accessibility to someone of his appetite.

The Bommarito meal plan is decidedly not #FatGuyFriendly. Everything's organic. Organic beef. Organic pasta. Organic eggs blended into organic maple syrup and organic bananas. It’s a good thing the protein shakes taste phenomenal, otherwise we'd have a problem. But Francis is flexible. It's all part of pursuing his dreams. Wouldn't you give up a personal vice if the NFL beckoned? "You have to see the light at the end of the tunnel," he said."

Sounds like he doesn't like eating healthy but is white-knuckling it because he wants to make the NFL. He has fat guy tastes and tendencies but is showing effort to overcome them. I can respect that, but he has to het with the program in his heart and learn to truly embrace healthy eating, not do it grudgingly.

You can only willpower through resistance for so long.

Anyways, if we are debating him I thought this would help us be better informed.

But here is his natural tendency which he ia trying to overcome now...

"Let's just say I was understandably curious after nose tackle A.J. Francis described his Cook Out experience after spending last weekend with the family of quarterback Danny O'Brien.

"I went to Cook Out three times in two days," Francis said. "One time I went, Danny said it was the most impressive feat of eating he'd seen. I got two Cook Out trays, two whole trays. So that's a chili cheeseburger, a chili cheese dog, a corn dog, quesadilla, fries and hush puppies, with a large Cheerwine and large strawberry cheesecake milkshake. ...

"I had a food coma immediately after." "

Btw, reading a lot of his Interviews, this kid is definitely football-smart.
