Mark "Chopper" Reid is an Australian criminal who's written a series of books of doubtfu authenticity about his escapades and life of crime. Eric Bana starred in a movie called "Chopper" based on those books. The clip is a comedian parodying Eric Bana's characterisation of Chopper.
