What a day for Ajayi. He's got to be a hot pickup this week for FF players.

    25 carries
    204 yds
    8.2 yds/carry
    2 TDs

Our new starting RB has anointed himself.

    His highlights this week

That delayed handoff had me worried, never see us pulling that off. Ajayi ran hard, feel so good for him.

I drafted Jay Ajayi and Kenny Stills late as potential break-outs and long since cut both, LOL.

I still think his vision is really suspect. I don't think he sees cut-backs, maybe because he runs so hard initially. A lot of veteran backs display a level of patience you just don't see from younger guys, especially running inside. We did see most of Ajayi's success come out runs behind and off-tackle so that gives you some evidence that he's winning with speed. Right now, Ajayi is still running as hard as he can on every carry which is generally not good. He had an outstanding game today however because man, he has a burst that I didn't realize and a break-away ability I'd not seen before.

Hopefully this builds some confidence in the O-line and it's something the team can carry. Ajayi is physically perfect for this offense if he can keep producing. I love what I saw. Don't get me wrong. I really hope he can prove himself as the guy because I hate the idea of reaching on another RB.

If nothing else, he's a punishing runner, and I like that.

Also, I did take a chance on him in my FFL. Got me 37.20 pts. in my league.

Are you suggesting he's finding holes while being hard?

No.. he ran hard before but couldn't find the holes. Now he's finding them and we have a running back!

This game was everything I had hoped when we drafted him. He displayed all this at Boise State. Hit the holes and ran with authority! If he can put together another game like this next week I really think they should turn Foster loose. He hasn't shown anything so far and has been hurt most of the season, so really whats the point in having him?

I tell you, totally different looking offense today. I guess this team needs the O-line more than we think. And I was pleased to see Ajayi continue to get the carries. Very nice that Gase stuck with him. He earned it today.

I do agree that he doesn't have much patience. Nice to see him pull away on that last TD at the end of the game. I still think he has a lot to learn as a runner, but he shown some improvement in the blocking game. Did not like the missed catch on the 3rd down. He could've had a bunch of yards after that. Speaking of catching, these guys gotta help out Tannehill on some of these precise throws.

Anyone know who #48 is? Saw him on some run plays.

One big stat that really sticks out because Miami dominated the run game: 36 minutes TOP. Finally!

He's living producing proof that a solid run game makes Tannehills job, along with the defenses job a lot easier. When you run the ball the way we did today, you'll win every time in this league. So happy for this kid. We need to stick with him for the rest of the season.

Marqueis Gray, 3rd string TE. They need to give him him some more minutes even after our other TEs get healthy.

Miami got production from Jones and Gray, and that proves that if we can just keep a warm body in that position, a play or two can be huge. Problem is we depended on Sims and Cameron too much, who are never on the field. Ajayi is the same thing, too many injuries, and he took advantage of it
