Since I joined this website back in the old Celtkin/DrunkenPuppies days, one thing has remained constant. The Dolphins went 1-15, but it didn't matter. I knew I could depend on this. Even when the site endured its own issues, there was always one thing I could count on.
Until today.
Yes today, dear friends, is the passing of the torch, so to speak. I'm speaking, of course, of Alen's post count. Which, I'm sad to say, has been claimed by another.
I know, I didn't believe it either.
Like a thief in the night, Padre31 has staked his claim as the site's #1 post-whore. Congrats Padre, you've earned it.
But before we honor Padre with his new status, let's observe a moment of silence for Alen's post count.

True, but Padre has been banned for weeks at a time. If anything, he has probably been an active poster less days than Alen.
I thought Alen's posting was essentially Cal Ripken's record. Untouchable and not really worth mentioning whoever was in second place (Miguel Tejada...?) since it was so far out of reach that it was a joke.
But this is a marathon. Padre is old...and I am pretty sure his liver is pickled. He is merely keeping the title warm until Alen is ready to take it back.jetssuck and unluckyluciano like this. -
