I like his game, recall him starting in Gruden's Qb destroying offense as a young player and having a good run, he has bounced around a bit, but he has the sort of skills that make for a good backup (or spot starter) on a good team.

Command of the huddle, can run, leader etc.

I like him better as a backup than Thigpen, not really an exciting pickup but he is a guy with starting experience that could backup a Qb here. Not sure that him and Henne as our Qb rotation gives us a great shot at the playoffs though..

Well, I think his a good alternative to Thigpen, but good Starting Caliber Qb's rarely hit FA for a reason.

I like the fact he has 20 starts and his teammates liked him over the owner's preferred Qb, to me that says they think he can play.

Well, the rest of the team played as hard for Campbell as they did for Grads, it was only (unsurprisingly) Russell that the team quit on. He's a good guy to have as a backup and spot starter, but he will be exposed with a regular starting job.

Which is why he would make a good #2 Qb if Thigpen leaves and we have to retain Henne as the #1 Qb.

The team seemed to like and play hard for Gradkowski. I wouldn't mind him coming here.
