   Is it possible to somehow create an easily accessible...
   
   Well as I was writing this I discovered the "New Posts" drop down. That is excellent! And solves half my suggestion.
   
   My new suggestion/question: Is it possible to have a personalized "New Posts" that only contains threads we have replied to?

   You can, but in a different way. Subscriptions
   
   In your User CP Options, scroll down to the Default Thread Subscription part. 'No email subscription' will keep track without emailing you. The other will do that and notify you by email every time there's a reply.
   
   Regardless, this will add those threads to your Subscriptions, which is viewable on your default User CP page.
