Eh, have seen this sort of thing before RB, everything appears to be aimed at one conclusion and imo, it's done on purpose. The phone stuff is just bizzare, unless there were pics on it that he did not want anyone to see, otherwise pretty much every number and location has been tracked already.

I have been over there since Tuesday, they are coming to grips for the most part that Ahern - as they affectionately call him - is doomed and Ballard is looking good as their TE. There are only a few who are hoping for the best.
What the authorities are saying I take with a grain of salt, they are playing this cool and close to the chest, like when they said he was not a suspect at the beginning. The last thing they want to do is have this guy on the run.

Well, if one looks objectively at the evidence they requested and received in a broken state: -any pictures he may have taken w/his phone -potentially anyone who may have been to his house the last week and when they were there. IE, what he was doing, who he was with, and who came over to his home, and what time people came and left. Gotta love that UF edumacation.

Some great comments about this one over at PFT. Him being in trouble for not returning his rental car is probably at the top of the list. Pretty much anything related to the rental car line of thinking is great. He's going to get in trouble for having unauthorized drivers drive the vehicle.

It's endemic in college minor league football FY, this is one of the reasons why I cannot stand it any longer, a once great sport has been *** raped by BSPN/Conferences/TV contracts/Boosters. Sometimes mocked for watching the CFL but at least that sport is not hypocritical, they are decently paid professionals who offer a product w/o all of the BS of the NCAA.
Turn himself in w/his lawyer present and have the bail bondsman on speed dial...and some cash in his pocket...
